Lucie Faux fur coat

I just received my Lucie Faux fur coat today. The quality is beautiful. Just wish the lining was a better quality fabric. The customer service from Erika was top notch! Great company.

item of clothing was very poorly made &…

item of clothing was very poorly made & cheap fabric that only felt flammable. When asked for a refund they replied with a general computer generated response asking for photos. I hit reply to their email addresses sending photos, however my emails are immediately returned as undeliverable and their address is non existent so I believe they block an address once a complaint has been made.

Do not buy

I ordered a jacket in cream looks nothing like the photo and in my opinion it looks like a light pink.

Product not worth the price paid

The product is not worth £40 the metal parts used on my bag is so bad you can tell it’s tacky and doesn’t match the photos posted on their website, also the tie doesn’t match the photos either, my order also took longer than 8 days to come it took 14 days, and only after I emailed the company twice did they update my shipping. Scared to return as people are saying they pay £50 for return but don’t want to keep the bag either! Only good thing is the leather or fake leather is good.

Quality and price point do not match

I really love the styles and product offered however I do not think other quality represents the price point. Especially at a sale price.

I placed an order based off their…

I placed an order based off their shipping information on their website. Tracking has said in transit for 8 days. Every customer service response is the same response. I would have never ordered this product if I knew it would never arrive in time. Very frustrating!

Quality is so good I bought 3 !!!

I bought 3 Lucia woven hand bag , green, brown and black. My first purchase was above my expectations so that’s why I decided to order another 2 hand bags. Takes around 12 days to deliver to UK, quality is so good, each handbag came with a different packaging : 1st (green) well protected and packaging with the logo (pink bag) , 2nd brown well protected and white packaging bag and 3rd black well protected, own dust bag and white packaging bag. I wish all my bag s had the dust bag.
So far I’ll still recommend 100% good quality and good price.
Everyone compliments my bags for their quality and colors. I’m so happy with my purchase

If I could rate it 0 I would. They’re scammers!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING I ordered a coat and it came dirty and smelt revolting if I could show everyone a picture I would. It has brown stuff on it and even in the bag. It was a small and I am a uk 6 and this would not even fit a child it would fit a toddler I did check the measurements and still so
Awful. Taking advantage of us customers for out money. I spend a good amount of money I will sue or make a claim if not sorted. !!! Guys I REPEATEDLY ASK FOR YOU TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered two coats for my daughter…

I ordered two coats for my daughter from Xmas wish list , I didn’t check out sellers first unfortunately. Costs arrived absolutely terrible material the sizing was bad small bigger than the large when I asked for refund I was basically put off by saying it could cost loads with charges from customs and shipping and then offered 105% off another order keeping original everything on their site looks poor and overpriced overall very poor customer service stay well away!

I really loved the bag


I really loved the bag, and the quality is very nice.
I also loved the jacket a lot, but I’m very disappointed that it came too big for me. I expected it to be smaller than this.
