I purchased a sofa from this company in good faith through B&Q marketplace never again though I have to say B&Q have been brilliant. The sofa was delivered I was charged £20 for them to carry the sofa 1 flight of stairs and for 3 days it smelt of toxic fumes so I asked for a return and refund. They picked the sofa up a week late and I am still waiting for my refund.
RUN FOR THE HILLS
I was sold a sofa on Facebook market place by these clowns. They told me I would have a custom made sofa... Well what I got was like something off a nailed it show. Creeks, it isn't the sofa I actually ordered and all they do is hang up, say it wasn't them, leave chats and ignore you. I have had it confirmed by the delivery company it was them so I will be pressing charges for fraud. They also broke my radiator and are refusing to have any responsibility for it... So that'll go on as criminal damage also! Beyond pissed off.

Do not use this company they sell sub standard sofas that have been thrown together with the cheapest materials going and when you try to challenge them they completely ignore you, absolute robbers spend your money elsewhere
