The whole process from first contact and booking was quick and efficient. I couldn't get me sofa into my new flat and so I contacted Sofa Access. The three guys that arrived to complete the work were super friendly, confident and did a great job. I couldn't have been happier. Also, very clean and tidy.

Can-do attitude with a smile. They made a stressful experience a lot less stressful - real professionals who take pride in their work.

The whole process could not have gone smoother from start to finish.

Went to pick up the sofa from storage for me, ran into the problems with the storage unit, very politely handled the situation.

Carefully wrapped my cream sofa for protection whilst handling. Took care in deconstructing and reconstructing.

Even cleaned up after themselves, and fluffed up the cushions for me when they left! Ha!

I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and will rebook them in the future for my next move... Though hopefully not anytime soon! :)

Our new sofa would not fit around the corner of our staircase and the sofa delivery team said we could return it or find another way to get it down the stairs!! Well, we did, Sofa Access were brilliant. The guys were so lovely and brilliant. They literally took the sofa out of the house, and hiked it up through our balcony and patio doors. Then they quickly assembled it. We can't thank them enough for the brilliant job they did.

Would definitely recommend, had a big problem trying to get my sofa in but the team quickly and efficiently moved it in, looks and feels good as new like it was never taken apart. They also transported it for me. Thank you so much!

The team of Louis is excellent. They are very professional in Bed and it becomes an easy job for them to move up to the loft.

Amazing team, I had two sofas, which we could not work out how to move in a very small passage way in one house. Had various people say they could do it, but in the end I trusted my instincts and went with this firm. Best decision I made as these guys are absolutely amazing and got the job done really quick ! and prices are very reasonable as well!.

These guys were fantastic! Excellent communication and they went above and beyond to get my new sofa into my flat. They were super professional and had it completely covered in protective layers so it arrived in perfect condition and was put together in a matter of minutes. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our sofa wouldn’t fit though our door up a flight of stairs.

They were great to communicate with. When they arrived they were super efficient and did a great job dismantling, moving, rebuilding and reupholstering our sofa. It was just as new. I would use them again in the future and thoroughly recommend.

Lewis and his team were punctual, polite, and made short work of our tricky access. Well worth the fee as I am certain the sofa store deliverers would have given up! Would absolutely recommend.

Dave and Shane were fantastic, really nice guys and did a fabulous job!
They had a tough job getting a large sofa into a first floor flat having to break it down even more than planned! A scary sight as a customer (!) but you would not know the trauma it went through as it looks perfect!!!

Excellent and knowledgable staff, very reasonable, like watching a well oiled machine

The guys were able to go to the storage place where our sofa was, dismantle it, bring it to ours, take it up a flight of stairs and reassemble it very quickly and with no fuss. They were easy to communicate with before and during the day and I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to for these guys. I can't recommend them enough.

Today a friendly talented bloke called Shane came to fix my sofa: not only did he fix it but he also put extra measures in to strengthen the structure and charged me less than the quoted price! Couldn't be happier with the service, thank you Shane.

The guys did a great job taking my sofabed apart to get it upstairs. They were very efficient, cared for my property and I would certainly recommend their services.

Very quick and friendly, they managed to strip and move our sofa that was stuck in the stairwell, would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their sofa moved/taken apart.

Good people to work with. Our problem was difficult to define and required imagination. Lewis arrived on time, having called in advance, and resolved the issue in under an hour. I am happy to recommend Furni-Tech and Sofa Access.
