Sofabaton X2 - outstanding remote

Got a new TV and 4k player to only discover my Harmony remote was no longer supported. After some research settled on the Sofabaton X2. This is simply the best remote I’ve ever owned - and I’ve been a lover of universal remotes back to the days of the Marantz RC-2000.
The X2 has a terrific sleek build quality. It controls all of my devices perfectly. The IR repeater hub is amazing in how it sends out the signal. I have my components in a cabinet with a glass door but the hub makes it so convenient that I can lazily hit the button i need on the remote without pointing it right at the cabinet. Runs my Roku smoothly as well.
I do not have an overly complicated set up. TV, Blu-ray player, Roku and receiver. For me it runs everything without issue. Mostly use it for activities but occasionally switch it to run specific device. No problems. Have had it for a couple months now. Very happy.
A final note: initially needed a little help with setup and their customer service/tech support was outstanding.

Charged $360 for an X2 remote but 7…

Charged $360 for an X2 remote but 7 weeks later no indication of shipping. Customer service on chat was unhelpful and my impression is that it's a bot.

Will update this review with more info once it reaches a conclusion. I am hoping this does not involve a card chargeback but not very confident at this point.

*Edit* Eventually did receive the product and I am happy with it. Increased to 3/5, averaging 2/5 for customer service and 4/5 for the product.
