Watch out for the pricing. They try to get you to add multiple extra things you do not need. And at the very end of the transaction, they add a 3% surcharge. The ordering experience shows they cannot be trusted
Purchased 12 pallets of used panels OCT 30 2025, I was first told it would come in two trucks in about two weeks. No shipping info provided on NOV 14. So I reached out to the salesperson who processed my order and they tried to get me to agree two a single truck which would take even longer. I got the first 9 of 12 pallets the 6th of Dec . Despite being told I should already have both portions by the 1 DEC. Still have not gotten the 3 remaining pallets. Reached out multiple times to get an update. I've emailed, left tickets, left VM, texted and it is now 1/6/26 and still have no response. I may have to do a CC chargeback for the undelivered portion
Update : finally got back to me and they indicated they had condensed the 12 pallets into 9 . Not sure why they didn’t tell me this before . There were definitely some damaged/nonfunctioning panels 13 out of 294 . I’ll see how they handle that situation as they said would send out more to replace any damaged ones
Update: 2/3/26 ghosted about the broken panel. downgrading review to 1 out of 5. Would not recommend them. Spent 9k on panels. Didn't get the panels in timely fashion and they would not correct issues even when I had clarified refund process for damaged panels prior to purchase.
