The website was easy to use and the communication was excellent around delivery times. The delivery was on time, and they got the bed up a very narrow flight of stairs without any issues.

The ottoman bed I ordered looks well made and looks good in the room. While we haven't slept on it yet as we got it for guest use, I did lie on it and it seems very comfortable, (but I do like a firm mattress). The mattress itself is only 67cm wide, but it will be fine for the occasional guest. There is plenty of clearance between the frame underneath and the trampoline-style base, so you don't feel any bars when you lie on it. I think it will work out very well.

Wide selection of fabrics and they sent free samples. Sofa was made on time and delivered on schedule, no problems.
Quality of build and materials feels very good.

Excellent and prompt service from ordering sample swatches to delivery of the product. Lovely people in customer services, too, when we needed to clarify delivery details.

Delivery communication was extremely limited and I was only contacted on the day. There was only 1 driver so I had to help lift and manoeuvre the sofa bed upstairs with him.
The colour of the sofa isn’t exactly as I would have liked but I know I can’t do anything about this…

Sofa itself and final delivery done well. However Sofabed's despatch target implied that was to client, when in fact it was to delivery company. They in turn had my sofa for almost a fortnight, and kept on extending deadline for when I would actually receive it. Incidentally I only got these updates by calling myself! If I had still been working full time rather than retired this experience would have been even more frustrating and stressful than it was!

The quality is excellent,and the individual requirements you can request e.g. size, type of mattress etc. The delivery was accurate in the time it would, delivery service was excellent

Ordering the sofabed was very easy the choices of fabric and colours very good. The product was available in 4 weeks, we had to schedule the delivery, which had a few hiccups , but the sofabed team did an amazing job of rectifying them such that the sofa did arrive on the day requested with delivered by 2 very professional delivery people. However this has to be the most comfortable thing I have ever sat on, you wouldn't imagine it is a sofa bed, feels like a very high quality sofa,a mazing quality and very durable. The bed is easy to unfold and quick to set up, very comfortable to sleep on. Highly recommended company who really go the extra mile to help you sort things out.

After much researching we used Sofabed.co.uk due to the reviews and we were not disappointed. The quality of the sofa bed is really good, we paid extra for the spring option and it paid off as its comfier than some beds we have slept on. We had a small glitch that was sorted really quickly due to the outstanding customer services they have and nothing was too much trouble. This company has a great website. It is very easy to navigate indeed. I could browse, choose fabrics and colours, change my mind ( I am a 77 year old woman more used to the in store experience!). Ordering couldn’t be easier with follow up emails/texts and advice. Highly recommend.

Slept first night on Sofabed. Reasonable enough. Easy to pull out and put away.

We made the purchase and ask the company to hold delivery while we finished work as we had a delay with work men. They did and delivered when requested. The Dalton sofa is absolutely beautiful. Very well made and so comfy.

Bed arrived unexpectedly and without prior notification, but luckily we were home and able to accept the delivery. Our 84 year old mother was the first to try it out and reported back as having slept well and that the bed was perfectly acceptable.
I can also report that the quality of materials and manufacture are to a very high standard and what's more: It's BRITISH MADE.........!!
So if you need a good quality British made sofa bed, buy one of these.
