Very good customer support.

We bought a Monika fabric King sleeper with chrome legs. All our doubts were efficiently answered via text. A week before the agreed delivery date the sofa was already at home!! A gorgeous product, we are very happy and we definitely recommend.

Overall the experience of dealing with sofa bed has been excellent. The product is great. The delivery times were totally workable around my schedule. The delivery crew was great and very helpful setting the new sofa up. Overall, I couldn’t have a better experience.

This was my first experience ordering a large piece of furniture online. I like to feel and see furniture before buying. After reading reviews, I decided to order a sofa bed from sofabed.com. The entire experience was awesome and the sofa is beautiful! The sofa arrived 3-4 weeks early, the delivery was well coordinated and communication was great. The leather is high quality. I will definitely recommend to others!

We ordered two Erika chairs and they are great. Delivery was easy and quick! Would definitely recommend ordering from them as they are also easy to contact over text as well and follow up after order and after delivery.

This was our first time ordering furniture online, and we chose Sofabed for their selection and good reviews. The whole process was positive, even with a couple of minor glitches. There was confusion about the seeming offer of free shipping, which we were told didn't apply for all geographic locations, but the white glove delivery was included.
The communication from the warehouse was good and we appreciated the good tracking at the delivery end. However, for some reason, the quality of the product was deemed unsuitable by the white glove delivery company and the sofa delivery was canceled on the delivery day without explanation.
When I called Sofabed, the customer service rep was good about checking on the order status and giving a good estimate of when the new sofa would then arrive. This ended up being only 2-3 weeks from the original delivery, so they obviously expedited it. We were notified of the delivery window, contacted by the white glove company, and it was delivered in great shape and set up by them.
We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of the sofa sleeper. The color and description were as described, and it is pretty and comfortable, just what we had hoped for. Although the process took 8 weeks altogether, we appreciated the check at the end that kept us from getting an inferior product, and not having to wait much longer for the final delivery. We felt the cost was reasonable, the quality is good, and everyone we dealt with at Sofabed was pleasant and helpful to guide us through the process. We would consider them in the future.

The process was seamless from ordering the sofa online to its ultimate delivery. The price was very competitive for a quality sleeper sofa. Delivery came off without a hitch. I am going to recommend sofabed to friends and family - it is well run and, again, very competitive in its pricing.

Pretty much completely seamless. Was delivered in the timeframe advertised. Communication was awesome during the entire process. I never felt in the dark about what was going on with my shipment. Also, importantly the product was just as described.

We ordered the Gio Italia Sleeper Sofa. We were unable to get it delivered on the day that was scheduled and the warehouse stored for an extra month for us at no extra charge. It arrived today and it is a beautiful sofa. I have not slept on it yet but from first try the mattress looks a little thinner than I was hoping. We may buy an extra mattress topper for added comfort for our guests. Other than that, i am pleased with the product and service.
