Amazing service, ordered on a Wednesdays and it was delivered the Friday! I raised concerns about where I live and the size of the front door but nothing was an issue for the delivery men, they were very polite and manage to get the sofa in without any damage

Paid a deposit and was promised a sofa to be delivered on 2nd June.. delivery was then bought forward to 1st June between 5 and 9. No sign of sofa.. was then told 10.30 and when I said that’s too late was sworn at and I have screen shots of this.
They now have my money and I have no sofa so will have to contact bank or police to get my money back. Fraudsters

Avoid and do not trust Sofa Empire also known as (sofa world LTD) I paid extra for bolster cushions and they wasn’t delivered along with my sofa. I was told they would be posted next day so asked them three days later for the tracking number to be blocked by them.

Would highly recommend this place. I was concerned as I initially found it on fb and having being ripped off my someone else. And there wasn’t loads of reviews but I could see the reviews were all 5* and we re genuine. With it only being a £50 deposit. The service was great, delivery driver was lovely. But the sofa is really nice and was very reasonably priced

Just received our sofa today and I am absolutely over the moon with it. We ordered the Belgravia U Shape - Alaska. Brilliant price for a beautiful sofa, well made infact its better than the over priced sofas from the big name shops. Great communication from start to finish. Happy customer.

The customer service was excellent and I was completely satisfied with the overall shopping experience.

Super service and good range and quality of sofas. Managed to find exactly what we were looking for without being over priced.
UK made sofas so no long delivery times which was helpful. Would definitely recommend these guys!

At first I was a little skeptical ordering from these guys as I have never heard of them, however when I looked at reviews I decided to give it a go. Before ordering I explained I was a little skeptical, so they invited me to look at their manufacturing factory where they make all the sofas. Wow… I was so so impressed it restored my confidence, and they are truly an amazing company as all the staff was so helpful, supportive and they even showed me their fabrics. It’s all handmade in their factory in Leeds and it’s a big factory size set up.

I decided to go ahead and order from their website and I paid using PayPal.

My sofas arrived within 2 working days as stated and also the driver Tom was so kind enough to move my old sofa out.

Great company! Give them a go, and even go look at their amazing factory if you are having doubts.

I spoke to customer service few times because initially I ordered the beige but then me and my husband decided to change our room so we changed the colour of our sofa to cream, during this time we called customer services and a lovely lady called Emma, answered my call and she is so lovely and polite and went out of her way for me. I will be ordering again!

New sofas arrived today…
Great service I dealt with James in customer service he was amazing I called as I wanted to change the delivery date, as I was getting the Keys to my new house late, and he was very friendly and assisted me straight away.

The website is easy to use, once I ordered the customer service kept me updated regularly and sofas are exactly what I wanted.

I would deffo be shopping here again!
