Ordered a sofa through Wowcher with a delivery of when i would be back from holiday they decided they wanted to deliver while i was on holiday so I contacted them saying please no they did ot turn up on the day they said they were coming as my neighbours were going to take it in and I heard nothing more from them
I have sent a number of e mails with no response
Having already paid a delivery fee when ordering they told me that I would need to pay a further £60 because of my postcode I am in Northumberland not in the outer Hebrides.
Today I have requested a refund from my credit card company

After reading the reviews on Trustpilot we took the risk and bought a 2 + 3 seater sofa from Sofastoyou through wowcher. The company provided us two consecutive Mondays that so sofa may be delivered. I would imagine this is dictated by the demand in your area at the time. True to their word, the sofa was delivered the 2nd Monday. I was slightly surprised when the delivery driver turned up at 5am after being given a 6-7am time slot but the guys brought the sofa in so it wasn’t like I had to do any heavy lifting. Sofa was in quick and drivers were polite.

As for quality, the sofas look fantastic, nice fabric and stitching is great. Build quality is slightly questionable, you can hear the wood creeping when you sit back on it but we fully expected this for a sofa in this price range. Only time will tell how durable it is but you have to have realistic expectations for the price you pay.

Overall, we are delighted. As long as you realise you won’t get the same quality as you would with one of the big names, you won’t be disappointed. The sofas are sturdy enough for purpose and look fantastic, easily saved ourselves £700-£1,000. Would recommend.

STAY AWAY! Be warned unresponsive unprofessional and ignorant, message after email after call , no answer , glad I opted for cash payment ! Very poor company. Use at your own risk pity I had to give 1 star

Horrible people!!!! Got my sofa payed £800 the leather start ripping. Got in contact, was told its my fault. Then was blocked on Facebook and messenger. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The top part of the sleeping area on the sofa bed hasn't got foam and I get the answer from a lady called Elena, that for that price I can't expect much and also this is the part where the pillow is so she can't see the problem. She also said that I had a chance to return the sofa once has been delivered, not after 4 months, although my consumer rights state that I have 6 months for that. This was a purchase for my 7 years old son and we figure out that the "pillow area" of the sofa can be put upright and serve as a headrest. The sofa was 1/3 shorter but good enough for my son. Unfortunately, it started to break up into 2 parts, and then I decided to send the first email to the company. I get a response that the sofa is not folded properly so I explained the situation. Elena said that the sofa is worn and she won't accept a return. After few days I found my son in the morning sleeping in the hole as part of the bed after correct unfolding just collapsed. Last week it happened again and I am still waiting for repair. She doesn't seem to replace it although I demand to put the foam inside, as one part of the bed is just a board covered by the fabric. Their "return policy" on the website is a joke, I can't call it even a return policy. I won't let that case like that for sure.

The chair arrived at 7.15 am which was a little early but that's where we were on the delivery point but the guys had a full day ahead of them. Lee the delivery driver was very professional and apologetic as was his colleague. The chair was delivered in tact with no issues. Thank-you Sofasforyou...would def use you again and recommend 👌

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, however I received delivery within the 3.5 week that was advised on order. My invoice was received same day as the order was placed. The delivery men were polite and efficient and the sofa (phil) in dark grey is lovely. I'm very pleased with my overall experience.

Regarding services and customer services i think they’re great.Ordered my corner sofa 3 weeks ago.They sent invoice to my email on the same day.I’ve been warned that it may take around 3.5 weeks to deliver this sofa only because of corona virus.They dropped me a text message on Thursday confirming that sofa will be delivered on Sunday.had no problems at all.Either i was lucky or they improved their service.

We bought a sofa in March 2019. Delivered, paid, never got any invoice. 2 month later we complained, because one side is really soft, so they sent 2 people to check. They came, diagnosed the fault and said their boss will contact us wthin few weeks to replace the faulty part. Nothing happened, so after 4 weeks contacted again. The process was the same, 2 people checked, diagnosed, gone. No answer again for a week, so i wrote them again, what is going on? They answered that they know aboutvthe fault, and before Christmas will be replaced 100%. So now is end of March and since December nobody answer for phone, message or e-mail. 1 year guarantee is not true, and think before buy anything from them!

Ordered a sofa 7 weeks ago... never arrived. No answer for phone calls text messages messenger and they deleted all comments on fb. Despite they say delivery across England, for my order the excuse was I live in Plymouth and this is really far. Yesterday sent an email saying we're not coming to your area in the next month -written in Polish- today is another email we're going to your area this Wednesday. Completely mess.... and now I have an offer if I choose another sofa...No thank you....

Avoid this company!!i will order corner sofa bed 1 month ago and after 1 month should be deliver last Saturday 6 pm ,I send him the message see you today ,respond me yes sure!!i will wait Saturday all day after this people’s to deliver my corner sofa...not message me or something else just not appear and not still not deliver me my item!!!please don’t waste your time and money

DO NOT buy anything from this company!!!! Let me share with you my story. One of my colleagues suggested me to check their offers as he was satisfied with the product received. Placed the order, got a very late response from a lady called Elena. Sofa was delivered after a few weeks only and they couldn't provide me with the receipt. Also the colour is different than the one advertised on their website. So I tried to get a response from them through several calls, FB messenger and email. Empty promises, that is what I got. Once I received a text message telling me that she is very sorry, she is at the hospital (who cares??) and she is coming back to me soon. Since the sofa hasn't been collected and NO REFUND was processed, I am planning to report them as a fraudulent company. Listen, learn and don't go through a similar experience.

This is quite possibly the worst service we've experienced when purchasing furniture.

They are completely unresponsive, unprofessional, and lack any form of common courtesy. I had heard mixed reviews about this 'company' previously regarding how they have messed people around with late deliveries, missing delivery dates, and never answering their phone provided on their contact page. But I had also been told that, in the past, they have been very efficient. Unfortunately, in this instance, they have been abysmal and I could not possibly recommend them to anyone.

The biggest issue is we needed this sofa for the upcoming weekend and, thanks to being messed around, it's not looking likely. Thoroughly disappointing.

I have just taken delivery of my new sofa! Very happy. Ordering was easy and communication from the company was very good. A slight hic up with a short delay on expected delivery date and communication lacked whilst they reorganised their schedule. Given delivery slot if 7pm and the men text at 2pm to say arriving in 30mins 👍they were polite and efficient. I was given a quick demo before they left. Lovely sofa bed, great price I would use again and recommend. Thank you

Damage to house interior but no recompense from the company. I brought a sofa-bed from this company and I am delighted with the product, which is why this rating has two stars instead of one. However, when the sofa was delivered they had trouble fitting it through the door. The best idea that they could come up with was to try and force it through. As they were Polish and had limited English there was some difficulty explaining that what they should actually do was to try a different angle. By the time they realised that forcing it through would not work they had damage two door frames, both the external UPVC door which is less than a year old, and the interior door fame which has an obvious chunk out of it and lots of large paint flakes on the floor. I emailed the company who tried to blame the courier company that they use but according to their website they use their own couriers. Also by some strange coincidence both the couriers and the company are Polish. Three follow up emails to them produced no response. Yet another company that has a complete lack of after care and a could not be bothered attitude once they have your money.

They are most customisable company I have ever come across, in the UK. Their sofas are great, comes in customisable colours and materials, delivery boys are friendly and provide cash on delivery option also. I am extremely happy overall.
