Absolutely shambles of a company!
Was given a delivery date, and nothing to follow. on the day of delivery I heard nothing, so continued phone calls to Sofalistic for them to tell me it was sent to the wrong warehouse and someone will be in touch, 3 weeks on and I was ringing daily. Asked for a partial refund as I paid for delivery and they sent the sofa the next day! Once delivered they hadn’t sent all the pieces, the delivery men who brought it were brilliant they were ringing to see what they could do to help, but they had to leave the sofa and I had to get back in touch with Sofalistic. Still no answer from Sofalistic, and half a sofa still in my livingroom. No communication at all! Not worth the hassle or stress.

Saw a sofa i really liked , the seller said someone had asked to collect it from them the next day but hadn’t yet paid for it. I was getting paid that night so was hoping they didn’t pay and they didn’t. I ordered and paid for it straight away. The seller said it was 12 years old but honestly it’s in MINT condition. Was informed every step of the way , delivered today by two guys they put it together as it’s a larger corner piece. They took all rubbish away too. They were polite and friendly. Got three hour time slot the night before and also they called me to say they would be with me 45 mins to an hour and they were. Overall great experience , highly recommended

I've unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company so far.

I waited weeks to get a delivery date and when I received it, I cancelled my plans to wait in all day to receive my sofa. I'm a cancer patient and cancelling plans is a big deal for me.

After waiting in all day I received a call telling me the times the sofa would be arriving the NEXT day. Apparently the delivery driver could no longer deliver my sofa that day and no one from the company had thought to tell me. It is now the next day and I've had no call to confirm the time the sofa is apparently arriving. No one at the company replies to emails ever and you can't get in touch over the phone. Terrible customer service. Recommend you go else where.

Amazing from start to finish!! Delivery drivers were so kind and helpful- delivery was to a Brighton flat, 4 floors up with no lift and sofa had to be wheeled through the lanes but they were so positive the whole time considering the challenge!! Wish I had a way to thank the seller, sofa is in perfect condition.

My sofas were collected from the seller a week ago and I have only just been contacted by the sofa delivery company to say their next available delivery slot is next Friday (two weeks after the sofa was collected). Considering the delivery fee , this is absolutely ridiculous. If I paid for a man and van I would have had my sofas by now

Please do not be put off by the reviews.. i have had an absolutely amazing experience with sofalistic and the delivery agents who work on behalf of sofalistic.
I am very thankful for the seller and i am inlove with my new sofa, its in perfect condition.
This is honestly one of the happiest feelings ever.

Listed a sofa for a family member. Item sold within a day or 2 but realised the collection address would be need to be changed as I had registered my own. Company could not find my listing in sold or my email address but I pointed out it was in the screenshot sent with information on the sale. Now radio silence after 3 days. Disappointed but some answers would benefit me as I know I made an error to begin with, but how hard is it to change and address well before a sale.

Appalling lack of communication. Arranged collection of sofa, the men refused because of parking, completely unable to contact Sofalistic, raised ticket via website, emailed - no response at all. Very poor. The sofa has now been collected after rearranging with logistics firm, and was due to be delieverd to the buyer on Monday but I have heard nothing - an automated email said I'd receive confirmation 24 hours after delivery and payment within 48 hours. I have heard absoltely nothing. I wonder where my money is?

Confirmation of sale was given and collection date and time confirmed, waited in all day but no show, contacted them twice since and l am still awaiting a reason why the collection did not happen. Now in the position of not knowing if it is sold or not, terrible service

I’ve changed my mind on my experience at first I thought they were going to turn out badly but these sofas came when told a bargain price in highly good condition won’t hesitate to use them in the future for any furniture fantastic even recommended to family and friends thank you

Serious buyers on this site, as all are only preloved sofa hunters. Provided you have a decent sofa, with realistic description, a sale will most certainly follow.

I'd love to give it a 5, however, due to slow responses to emails, which needs to improve I am giving it a 4.

You can sell sofas on this pretty effortlesly, collection/delivery is managed very well, easy site to use, very simple and user friendly.

All updates are communicated effectively and on time, only email questions are slow.

Absolutely great service. Pick up was prompt, communication was great and absolutely no problems at all.

I almost didn’t buy with Sofalistic after reading some of the other reviews. But I’d found the sofa I wanted at a price I could afford. To be honest I can’t fault the service one bit.
I was kept up to date by email and text. Yes it was a 2 week process but to get a brand new sofa in the past I’d waited 10 weeks!
My sofa arrived today and was as described by the seller.
The delivery guys were great, really helpful and set the sofa up in the room I asked them to put it in.
For me I’d give 10/10 and would recommend to family & friends.

I am writing this so people go into this with their eyes wide open and realistically. We have had our sofa for sale for four weeks. In that time we have had no favourites and no offers. We had a great sofa that we started at £850, then £450, then £350 and this last week we lowered it to £100. Still no interest. In that time we also paid twice to boost it and this also made no difference to the number of people looking. Obviously this does work for some but was a total waste of time and money for us. The site promises the world but did not deliver.
We have now given the sofa away!

Horrible company to deal with. Slow, unprofessional and ignorant.

Very expensive delivery charge for 2 weeks of lead time. Better off going somewhere else and hiring a van.

Great! There could be slight confusion around the delivery part and you might need some phone calls, but other than that great website and great way to buy and sell Sofa.
I wish this was extended to more categories of furniture....

The process end to end was very smooth and professional.

Firstly, they were two days later than the tardy collection date, and ignored my email. They charged £120 for delivery and took 3 weeks. The furniture had a defect so they offered me some money back which still hasn't appeared, and they've ignored my emails since. I was going to order more furniture but I will hever use them again.

My sofa got sold within a few days and picked up within the week , everything went smoothly
