The customer service could use some…

The customer service could use some serious work. Over the course of my purchasing experience (a total of 14 weeks btw), I spoke with three employees who were all less than happy to help. It became a really frustrating experience when the company isn't flexible in any way shape or form.

The couch is nice, but I would have purchased it elsewhere if I had known about the headache I would get.

We are so happy with our new sofa!

We are so happy with our new sofa. We ordered the Pleasure and it is so comfortable. The sofa already arrived in less than 6 weeks, much quicker than expected. And the delivery guy was so nice!
Really good value for money imo.
We highly recommend!

Extremely delayed and not clear communication

have ordered a sofa since 19th of October. Today, almost 9 weeks later, still have not received any email confirming on the delivery date. So the estimated date and the real date, has not even close connection. And the worst thing is that they cannot communicate with the factory, to actually give us an estimated delivery time. Moreover, they stated that the product is expected to be delivered 11th of January, but spoken on the phone they stated, the delivery can last up to 10 working days, from the email received. Absolutely not recommended. You have plenty of other companies that do not keep you on hold and you know exactly when to get your order. The worst i have ever experienced.

When we provide an estimated delivery time, it is based on the expected production time from the factory. As stated in your order confirmation, for custom-made sofas, the delivery time is between 6 to 12 weeks before the product is ready for delivery.

Since the sofa has not yet arrived at our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to plan the final stage of logistics. We are closely monitoring your order and will inform you as soon as we have more information.

We regret that the wait has disappointed you and are, of course, saddened to have received a 1-star review for a product with a 6-12 week delivery window, especially as only 8 weeks have passed.

We are very disappointed with this…

We are very disappointed with this company and would not recommend their services to anyone.
We have been waiting for our sofa since March, and after 10 weeks, as requested, they postponed the delivery date by 2 weeks. We decided to terminate the order after 5 months because we didn't want to hear the same story anymore.
Compensation of 500kr for the whole time has been offered🙈.
If you value your time, it's not even worth starting with Sofa Nova.

Once the sofa was produced, you opted to cancel the order despite this, citing the delay as the reason. In response, we refunded the full amount and also provided a compensation of 500,- for the inconvenience caused. We regret if this resolution did not meet your expectations; however, we believe that offering a full refund along with compensation, despite no product being delivered, reflects our commitment to addressing the issue fairly.

We are satisfied with the sofa but not…

We are satisfied with the sofa but not really what we expected. We think that the price-quality relationship is tipping more towards the expensive zone.

Let me be clear, they included two legs of the sofa that are clearly defect. We have not placed any complaint because we have felt so far that the customer service has a 'passive-aggressive' style of handling requests.

I would personally not buy from here again.

Really bad experience!!

Really bad experience!!! Everything went wrong! I ordered custom sofa. Because I wanted something specific. I was waiting two months and I got completely wrong sofa. I ordered "Kærby" and I got "London" not even close. First two days I couldn’t reach customer service so I didn´t know what is happening. Then they offered me to take wrong sofa for discount. Really? I would have something already if I don´t want something specific. I wouldn´t wait two months for my custom sofa and afterwards just take whatever? This whole situation really complicated my life, because I already made plans and I was counting with sofa. I´m just starting decorating my new apartment and the rest of furniture depending on sofa.
For one week I had huge sofa unpacked in my living room. Sofa, which I got, was shape U and quite big for my small living room so basically I couldn´t use my living room. And I´m not talking about I was waiting for guests and I needed to cancel them in last minute. :( . So I canceled order because I was not willing to wait another two months. I really need sofa now! Which created another problem with money. It took long time for them to figure it out, because I took sofa with Sandtander bank help. I already paid two months to bank.
After two weeks (me to asking them about situation with money and some steps ) I received whole price for sofa which made process even longer because I need to return money to them, they need to send the money in correct way back to bank and then bank can return my money for two months. Which just make my situation even worse. So I was trying to contact them about their mistake with money and they don´t see the problem like I have money and new I need to talk to Sandtander. I called the bank two times which also took my time with waiting list and so on. Of course from bank they told me it´s Sofanova who needs to fix it and do it in right way. So I´m still waiting for them to figure it out.

So happy we chose Sofanova!

Sofa was completed and out for delivery during the estimated time frames. It arrived in 5 different parts which were really super easy to assemble. The cushions were as ordered per the sample and do we have enough cushions! Big ones and small ones ! I was worried about the low back rest but with all those cushions, it’s such a pleasure to sit in. Lie in. I’m so happy we chose Sofanova. Other manufacturers either had no sample service or took way too long to deliver. It took us a while to decide on the sample because there were so many to choose from but we’re really content with what we have.

Regarding delivery of Sofa

There was no any specific date of delivery ! Even though we received a mail regarding delivery date and changes in delivery! It was delivered at kl.6 in the afternoon! And the finishing of the sofa was not that good!
