I ordered two chairs. The ordering process was simple and they quickly sent me two sets of fabric samples. The chairs arrived on the due date, the delivery men were friendly and helpful.

Purchased two Jasper sofas in Teal and they are really lovely, very well made sofas. The pictures on the website do not do them justice! Kerry at SofaSofa was extremely helpful and went above & beyond to help me choose the colour & style. I would really recommend the virtual sofa tour she offers, - no hard sell, just really good advice. The delivery team were excellent too and very professional. I highly recommend this Company if you are looking for a really good quality sofa at a reasonable price, and great customer service.

Bought from sofa sofa in the past and was looking for olive green sofas & they had the perfect ones. I was sent samples & I made sure all the measurements were perfect for the room. Website was easy to order from and I was kept informed by email all the way through from ordering to delivery. The delivery guys dully arrived after 6 weeks and I was thrilled with the quality, colour and style. Really pleased and would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Excellent customer service and communication throughout. Delivery driver was excellent, really helpful. I was out when he came to deliver (having got my dates muddled up). When I explained to him when he phoned he was so kind and offered to wait until I could get my daughter to drive over and let him in.

Be wary if you have any sunlight coming in to your house ! Like several other people my fabric covers faded really badly after a few months and I was told this was because of exposure to direct sunlight ( it wasn’t) I was then told it was due to heavy soiling ( thanks for that - it also wasn’t ) - basically a very insulting and condescending experience with customer service who also told me not to look up my consumer rights on ChatGPT as the information is inaccurate ( it isn’t ) - an experience never to be repeated

Extremely helpful and informative staff again at the showroom and exactly the same during phone calls when querying some data. I wanted a new occasional armchair for my lounge. he Sofasofa website was easy to navigate. Samples of requested colours and fabric arrived quickly and well sized. A call to customer services to confirm scatter cushion dimensions was efficient and friendly. When the chair was ready - I had date and delivery window. Living on a busy village High street and owning an exuberant young spaniel who has no boundaries with new visitors- I was a little apprehensive. no need - 2 great guys - all the way from Wales that day - parked up - whisked in my new chair and multitude of extra cushions into the room - unpacked -fitted legs - patted and fussed the dog - all with courtesy and humour. I love the chair - and the cushions - everything as expected and all at reasonable price. Well done Sofasofa!

I have been dealing with this company for just over 21years and have purchased several Madrid sofas and accessories during this time. All items are still in use. I have replaced the seat padding only twice on the 21yr old sofa and once on the 10yr sofa. Quality of all items is excellent . Good customer service and great value. Very caring delivery team.

First sofa ordered in Jan 2026 was too short, so received a replacement 8 weeks later. Then ordered the matching Love Seat. Both sofas are brown and smooth, not Vintage Chestnut and grainy which I'd ordered. I mentioned this to a member of staff by telephone and they said they can look different under certain lights (not convinced). Very defensive!

From my initial enquiry for samples,to ordering our sofa and delivery ….a brilliant service.Kept up to date with emails regarding sofa delivery etc……well made,great colour and very comfortable.

Excellent customer service at the store and provided material sample to enable us to check the colour was correct for our carpet etc. Sofa is very high quality and very comfortable.
Only slight issue was the length of time for delivery but noting it was delivered on the stated date and delivery driver kept us informed of arrival time on day of delivery. Sofa was well protected during transit.

There was no pushy staff, we were just left to try sofas and move things around. When it came to selecting what we wanted staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We wanted two different chesterfield and a footstool in the same leather. No problem. We were kept informed throughout build and delivery date.
