excellent service from the team when I contacted them , never bought a sofa off the Internet before, always gone into a showroom, not disappointed, delivery was before they said which was a bonus , with very helpful delivery men . All in all very happy and would highly recommend . PS our two sofas in our 'good room ' cost approx £8000 which we never use !!! This sofa from sofasofa was ( in sale ) approx £850 and it's perfect for our room we use all the time !!!! 😊

The 2 seater Madrid sofa is a good price for an excellent quality sofa. Communication with the company was first rate and it was delivered by helpful friendly staff. Also it was great to buy furniture made here in Wales. Diolch yn fawr,

This is the third sofa I have bought and thay have all been good quality and the service has been great.

We are so disappointed to be writing this review, but after raising our concerns with the company and essentially being called liars, we feel it’s important to share our experience so that others are aware.

Our journey started off really positively. I wanted to purchase a sofa from a British-made company, and being based not too far from us in Wales made it even better. When we visited the showroom, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The ordering process was smooth, and even the staff over the phone—who booked our delivery and answered our questions—were fantastic.

Unfortunately, everything changed at the point of delivery. The delivery team were incredibly careless, scuffing our brand-new floor. My husband actually noticed how careless they were being, asked them politely to take more care, and even put down sheets himself when it became clear they weren’t listening. Despite his efforts, the damage was already done.

Once the sofas were unwrapped, we also discovered an orange mark underneath the slipcovers—something that should never have passed quality control. My husband immediately phoned and emailed, providing photos. To be fair, the lady he spoke with was helpful and arranged for the sofa to be replaced on an escalated delivery, suggesting the mark could even be rust.

The real disappointment came when we were asked to send photos of the floor damage to logistics, where the manager Jim would handle the case. His response was shocking: rather than taking the evidence seriously, he told us he had spoken to the delivery men, who of course denied responsibility. In effect, this meant we were being called liars.

This has really soured what we had saved for—good quality sofas. After reading other reviews afterwards, I would have been far more cautious before ordering, as it seems that over the years both quality and customer service have gone downhill. I doubt this review will make any change in Sofa Sofa going forward, but hopefully it will make people think twice before ordering—or at the very least ensure they pay with a credit card so they have cover if something goes wrong.

We are so pleased we were with the delivery of our Sofa on Friday 5th September. We ordered the Mia 3 Seater in Opulent Teal velvet.

Your communication throughout the process was excellent. I telephoned for advice which was perfect for us.

Our delivery slot was given as 8 to 11am. We got a call from Steve & Derek at 7.55am confirming they were 5 minutes away. They arrived & had the Sofa unpacked & in place in record time. They were so lovely and friendly, professional and couldn't be faulted.

We are now on day 3 of using our new Sofa, which is beautiful to look at and so comfortable!

There aren't many companies who don't know what they've sold you, what they should have sold you and what they plan on selling you but Sofa Sofa is one such company. Not only that but they don't care either. All I asked them was what spec the foam was that they fitted to our sofa so I could replace it with something firmer. They refused and claimed they had no legal obligation to do so (in writing too) but offered to sell me replacement foam but couldn't say it wasn't the same quality as the stuff they'd put in it. So they couldn't guarantee I wan't buying more of the same but expected me to stump up £200 for the privilege. I told them where to go.

Sofa sofa's refusal to help meant I was taking a gamble buying foam from elsewhere but thankfully I found a great foam company based in London who were brilliant and I replaced two base cushions on the sofa for £200. I did one at at time to make sure I'd got it right. The couch is now unbelievably comfortable and no one complains about it and no one needs a hand to get off it. Sofa sofa have lost a customer for life and I hope people who read this review will think twice before considering buying from them. It's a great looking sofa and now it's as comfortable as it looks it's just a shame about the company behind it.

If you want a good product from a good company that knows how to deal with problems then steer clear of sofa sofa. The company are ignorant, arrogant and clueless.

I've still to file a complaint with their local trading standards office but I'll get round to that soon.

This armchair totally fulfilled my expectations. It is a lovely colour and is a perfectly comfortable. It was delivered exactly when it was expected

The cushion seats on my two seater sofa used continually since purchased ten years ago had gone flat. Rang to order replacements and chose the firm ones. On delivery found them two firm and deep to fit loose covers. On ringing the company requesting to return them and order the softer ones I found them to be so helpful and even ringing to find best day to collect and deliver replacements. In this day and age it’s a pleasure to speak to such helpful staff and would certainly deal with this company in the future

For me this was third time lucky. I had started by ordering from DFS 24 oct 2024, that turned into a nightmare. Next ordered from SCS Sofa arrived with two big slashes in the material. Ordered from Sofa sofa and what a delight. Fantastic communication , delivered within time frame , delivery guys were excellent. as for the sofa I love it , was a bit nervous buying online without trying , but their returns policy put me at ease. I will not be returning my sofa I LOVE IT. Oh and there is always someone to answer your questions on hand.

As I couldnt get to the factory I did an online zoom call which was perfect. Chose my suite and order arrived on time. Currently very very pleased with Kerry's service and the quality of the furniture. I was limited to what size I could chose and I think it would be beneficial for them to do sofas to put together so they fit cottages and smaller houses. Would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use again

Sofa took longer than expected to arrive, as apparently delays in obtaining my choice of fabric. Loved the colour and feel of the fabric when it arrived.
Very disappointed in the comfort of the cushions they very quickly became flattened and not very comfortable even though I turned them over at least once a week.
Would not buy again.

Received a call from Sofasofa with advice on what do it with the cushions as in 1,unzip the covers and allow them to plump up etc, also they would be happy to take the cushions away for testing. I decided to try giving them the attention suggested and see if they improve

Absolutely brilliant company. Very well made and cost effective furniture, huge choice importantly including washable covers that almost nobody else offers. Brilliant delivery team, using permanent and long established employees. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend SofaSofa.
I travelled to Wales from the North of England to view their sofas and chose two Jasper love seats. The showroom is spacious and the staff are friendly and efficient.
The customer service is so good, I was kept informed of delivery dates and times and the whole process was seamless.
I am very happy with my new love seats and would certainly order from them again.
