Do not buy from this company. It’s a scam. I put a dispute through my credit card. When I told them I cancelled the order they were going to charge me a ‘restocking fee’ of £14.99, even though I emailed them on the day of making the purchase, before my order had been processed and dispatched. I told them I would dispute this charge also and called them out on being scammers. They’ve said they will now issue a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Update: it’s definitely worth disputing through your credit card company as I’ve now managed to get a full refund. American Express were aware of this seller it seemed and disputing was an easy process!

AVOID this company at costs as this company as it operates under three different names and they sell low quality items for 2, 3 times the price, and the company is not in the uk it’s operates from china and upon request for a return and refund they will offer an exchange or partial refund as you have to send back to china and all the item they are selling you can find on Temu or Shein

Item never arrived. Utter scam.

A complete scam. This is a Chinese site pretending to be in market London shop. Absolutely unbearable clothes arrived this morning and dreadful fake bags. They need bringing down.

A total scam. This company is fake , pretending to be a high end womens clothing shop that is closing down after 30 years. The online site shows images of very nice quality clothing. Do not be fooled! The items I ordered were nothing like the online images - badly finished,shapeless jacket , and a cardigan that was baggy and smelt really unpleasant.
Returns have to be sent back to China at buyers cost . I did manage , after many emails, to get a partial 30% refund , if I kept the items. However the jacket is completely unwearable - the front hangs down lower than the back , and the material is like dull brown felt. Completely unsustainable to send items back to China - they are not worth anything in the first place , and the impact on the climate is horrendous.

If I could give -10 I would. Total scam, rip-off. Do not buy from these people. Chinese company who take your money and say they will refund if you send items back. I tried to cancel order while pending and they still put order through. Items are cheap and nothing like the advertised product. I’m furious. I wish I had read reviews first, for some reason I didn’t.

DO NOY USE. order never arrived. Never reply back on emails. SCAM.
WILL raise a dispute on this company.

WATCH OUT ITS A SCUM TRADER! This brand is a scum! Their use the ai generated fake advertisements that shows totally different products that their deliver. Then take no responsibility for return process as they’re pretending to be located in London while their sending very low quality products from china and refusing money return until they will receive the items back in china with no guarantee of tracking the parcels.

I can only agree with the other reviews - this is an appalling organisation. I ordered two jumpers, one was ok but the other was such poor quality that I would never wear it. This includes fraying around the neck. They refused to pay for return postage even though the return was their fault. Whilst they did offer a 30% refund if I kept the jumper,
It is unwearable and so I have paid 70% of the price of a faulty jumper that I can’t wear. This clearly is a regular occurrence and I would recommend avoiding them at all cost. They are misrepresenting themselves and their products, and operating in a very non customer friendly way.

Buyer beware! If you are foolish enough to believe their advertisements you will be conned! The advertisements show a London street with red buses, an elegant shop and well crafted clothes. I was foolish enough to order two items - a dress and a cardigan. When they arrived I could not believe the poor quality of both items. The fabric of the dress was dreadful and the manufacture was almost a joke it was so bad. The so called cashmere cardigan was thick matted wool almost like felt.Neither garment had a label with fabric identification or washing instructions. I wanted to return them, as there is a 30 day return policy, and since I live in London it would have been easier to take them back to the shop than mail them.i asked for the address of the shop but it doesn’t, and never has, existed. It is not closing after 30 years and nor is there a poor sad ill owner being forced to retire. This rubbish clothing is made in some factory in China and will cost you a lot of money to mail the clothing back. Buyer beware - you have been warned! Do not fall for this totally dishonest advertisement.

Ordered 5 bags to take advantage of the bundle deal they offer. Bags arrived after one week. Quality is generally ok and I’m very happy with the price I paid for them so would use them again for sure.

Received an item completely different to what i ordered, was then told i would have to pay the postage to ship it back to China before they would refund me. Shipping would cost more that the dress i ordered!!!!

Comes from China direct, owned by two men with Indian names under a different company name..gives online shopping bad name.

They claim to be closing down high end Shop in London & it's cheap Chinese goods which are nothing like pics advertised.
Then if your not happy with the item that is not the item you think your buying you have to pay to return to China!!!!

Purchased a couple of different times for my mum, took advantage of the bundle offer they have so was very cheap and the quality is good my mum is happy. I’ll be Christmas shopping on here as the deals are good. Recommend by a friend and happy overall.

Do not order from this company. They are not based in London. Dress arrived and is badly stitched. I’m being told I have to return dress to China at my own cost !!

Good experience with Sofia Delane, I've ordered multiple times now and the quality, sizing and products have all been very nice I have recommend to my friends and family some have ordered also without problems. That's my experience and I'm overall happy and got some great discounts in the process. Happy shopping ladies
