I have just had two full sets of implants done at Sofia Implant Centre and found the whole team extremely professional. Always respectful and ensure that all aspects are fully explained and understood. I was very nervous but made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend them!

You either love or hate the dentist in my case I hated them but these guys they change my mind, I went through with all on 6 dental implants. The price was very affordable but my worry was the treatment, I end up live the dentist and all the support they gave me, it is not an easy process but at the end if you ask me, does it worth it? 100% yes I recommend the Sofia Implant Centre, the job they have done and the friendly support worth more than the money I paid. I can now smile and it feels great .

Very professional and caring practice. I looked at a number of clinics whilst researching implants and am so glad I chose Sofia Implant Center.
They're extremely helpful in helping you choose which treatment is probably best before you go, which is then followed up with a comprehensive examination on arrival. Everything is broken down and explained including the costs.
I would highly recommend them and am certainly glad I chose them.

First time in sofia was so nervous but soon as me and my partner arrived felt like home they maid use feel so comfortable five star treatment from start to finish i had full implants at the top and all work on my bottom my partner had a little work done picked us up every day on time made us feel comfortable such lovely staff it was like clock work no messing around no pain in treatment they really do go out there way for you i can’t recommend this dentist enough so glad i found this dentist cant wait to come bk in six months for my permanent teeth my temporary teeth are amazing i feel so much more confident now i can finally smile thanks to all the staff wt made this happen al eu regulated made me feel safe but the full team is amazing thanks for everything you have done for the both of us us and we shall see you all in june x⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service was exceptional—they fulfilled everything we discussed exactly as expected. The staff were friendly, and the doctors and nurses, though young, were highly professional. I have had the pleasure of recieving treatment for dental implants. This journey has taken six months. I can honestly say that without a doubt, I made the right choice. Sophia dental implant centre consist's of some of the world’s finest dental surgeons. From start to finish, I was looked after and treated with exceptional service. I have an overbite and this can be tricky. I am overwhelmed with the results. The sales staff, receptionists, drivers, dental surgeons all went over and above to make my experience an outstanding one. I have no hesitation to rate them as 11 out of 10 xxx 👌✨🦷😁

Glad to select this clinic for a job with my teeth. It was a hard job - allon6 for top jaw, bootom bridge and implants, zirconium after 6 months for both jaws. Really serious job. Dentists are professionals, menagers answer to any questiobs, ladies on reception support you, speak free on few languages and really pretty and friendy) Also clinic aupport you with hotel booking and transfer every day. Thanks for a job! It was difficult for me to start the procedures. But im glad to decide to do it in Sofia Implant Center

After enquiring first in the UK about dental implants , i was plagued with call and messages obviously desperate to relieve me of lots of money, that scared me off . I then researched Turkey, and got lost in all the Hollywood Smiles and false promises so another non starter.
Then came across Sofia Implant Centre, i was very sceptical at first, the distance, the price, the expertise. After months of watching their website and reading their reviews i started to message them, which led onto Kris arranging to call me. I found him very knowledgeable about the whole process and is in constant communication with everyone involved from start to finish. No pressure, no drama, so i booked in for a week , if I wasn’t 100% happy when i got there then i was to explore the city instead.
The transfer cars were high class and prompt, when I arrived on the Monday morning everyone was polite and calm which helped my bad anxiety. The building was immaculate , i had the examination and assessment and agreed on a proposed plan. The prices were the same as advertised with the option of upgrading to zirconium finals in 6 months time which i chose.
Next day i had 4 implants on upper jaw, day after 4 implants on lower jaw plus 3 wisdom teeth out. Congratulations to the surgical team as i had very bad anxiety especially with the anaesthetic needles, but the actual surgery went really smoothly, swiftly and obviously well planned. The 4 th day was to make the temporary top denture and to monitor the healing.
Yes there was swelling, slight bruising and uncomfortable but manageable pain in the week after, i found that paracetamol was the easiest and most effective solution, some people have no pain , some people have more pain, 10 days later and its all starting to disappear now.
Eating was difficult at first, i found a Lidl and purchased lots of baby food and protein drinks until i flew home to Uk.
Now im just eating sensible soft food for the next 6 months until i go back to have my final teeth fitted, but im 100% certain it will be worth it and am looking forward to it.

I had been researching dental implants for months as my teeth were in poor condition and falling out. Heard good and bad stories from Turkey and seen the Sofia Implant Centre in Bulgaria on a couple of reviews. Fully researched them and seeing all the positive reviews on here, decided to send them a message, after all, Bulgaria is in the EU so I figured their dentist must meet the same standards unlike Turkey. Kris, one of the coordinators messaged back before telephoning me on the same day and we discussed what I wanted done and pricing. Took 48hrs to consider and decided to go for it. Two weeks later I was there! Angel, their driver picked me and my wife up from the airport and took us straight to the clinic. On first visit, xray and 3d scans were done and we then spoke to the Dr who would carry out the procedure. He fully explained what he would do and why. Then we moved down to speak to the coordinator for more Q and A session before finally deciding the complete treatment plan and pricing. I went for a 6 in 1 on top jaw and complete crowns on bottom jaw. First impressions were modern building, helpful reception staff, Dr's and nurses. Every room we visited was clinical like an operating theatre which was very reassuring. Day 2, they worked on my lower jaw, taking impressions, and shaving my teeth in prep for crowns. I didn't feel a thing! Day 3, they removed all upper teeth and two bottom teeth and fitted the 6 implants to hold my bridge, again, didn't feel a thing. They also gave a course of antibiotics, Vit C and painkillers in case I needed them. Day 4, I tested out the temp teeth they had designed for fitting. Day 5 was fitting with proper teeth, they were perfect. We were the taken to the airport by the driver and we have to return in 6 months when my gums have recovered for the final teeth. Everyday, were were given the following days appointment and were picked up and returned from the hotel for treatment. I cannot recommend Sofia Implant Centre strongly enough and i hope you make this choice when you read this and all the other reviews

The Service was outstanding and very professional. I didn't get all the names, but the staff are very friendly and hepful, the names I have from some of the Dentistry staff were: Dr Ugar Inal, Mr Milena Ivanova & Dr Rosen Sekulov. Other members of staff were: Kris, Account Manager who was very supportive and Angel, the Centre's Chauffeur who was always prompt in collecting me from my Hotel to drive me to and from the Centre. I wish to thank everybody at the Centre for all the wonderful support and excellent treatment. I would recommend anybody to use the services of this Implant Centre that have issues with their teeth because it is a really great experience at reasonable prices. Where do I start, this implant centre is where people get their confidence and lives back with the exceptional dental work this implant centre does I cannot recommend this company enough every member of staff from drivers to surgeons you are treated like royalty if anyone is thinking of getting their teeth put right this is the place to come a very fair price for excellent dental work .100% sofia implant centre wonderful wonderful.

What an incredible dentistry set up Sofia implants are! Absolutely professional from start to finish! I was a little worried as you hear all sorts of horror stories about going abroad for your teeth! Well you don’t have to worry about that! All the staff from reception to dentist all were amazing! A special shout out to Dr Jana Dimova who was the best dentist I have ever been to! So come to this clinic worry free! 5 star across the board! And props to coordinator Chris George made life very easy!! Would definitely recommend!!👍👍👍👍

Just finished my first course of treatment with dr Ivanovo five days teeth removed and implants and temporary teeth fitted absolutely first class from first contact with Kris to walking out the door with a new smile every member of staff was friendly and professional definitely five stars all the way

Bone and gum grafts 3 x implants 2 x root canals fillings 4 teeth removed.
I come from England and wanted a service that was competitively priced but also peace of mind if anything went wrong in the future it could be worked on by British dentists if needed and unlike Turkey you get a dental passport detailing your implants and who they are manufactured by so they can be worked on. I was very keen not to have an overly white unrealistic smile like you get in turkey which was achieved and 6 months on my teeth look natural and you wouldn't know iv had my very visible front tooth replaced.

The dentists are great the accommodation was adequate and Kris who is your go between and arranged it all every step was great as were the drivers.

I'm taking my wife to have some dental work this month as I really did like it and it's around 1/3 of the price you'd pay in the u.k

I can’t praise this place enough. From initial contact, consultation and x-rays, to extraction, implantation and design. The whole process was seamless!

Everything happens in one building with specialists at every stage. It’s important to note there is no outsourcing so any changes are done almost immediately. The main operation with head surgeon Dr Rafid was extremely precise, caring and professional. Everything was numbed and he informed me of what to expect during the process, how I’d likely feel in the next few days and what to do to recover as I heal. I was in very safe hands!

The whole place is state of the art and the 3D x-rays ensure the surgeon knows exactly where to place your implants. There is NO upselling! This is important to remember. I was scheduled for an all on 6 procedure for my upper jaw as well as three implants in my lower jaw. When the surgeon placed the implants for maximum strength and effectiveness he placed 5 which was best for my case and they refunded the extra implant. They are not just trying to maximise profits!

I researched different clinics all over the world for a few years. Turkey, Germany, Poland, the UK, the US, you name it. I really went into the process. Reviews are key so I made sure the reviews were genuine and had a few clinics I was really close to committing to but it never felt right. Then about a month ago I came across the Sophia implant centre in Bulgaria. What a revelation! I had been talking to several sales agents that would connect a deal that was right for me but most were simply middle men and wouldn’t be involved after the deal was done. Kris, the agent for the Sophia clinic is different. He kept me assured and informed every step of the way. He is on site and showed me exactly what was going to be done. The schedule, the final look of the teeth, the implants they were using and how to treat the implants for the first six months as they embed in my mouth. Comprehensive information about the whole process which made me feel very reassured and confident.

The receptionists are friendly, efficient and personable. All of the staff in every department are immaculate in their uniforms. The standards of cleanliness and overall attention to detail is very impressive.

I was given a guarantee certificate for the implants, antibiotics, medicated mouthwash, painkillers and vitamin C. Punctual and friendly drivers took me back and forth every day to the clinic for the necessary appointments and they helped keep spirits high.

The design is key so you get the smile you want. The first fitting looked generic and false but it was only to gauge the implant accuracy. I was concerned about the look of the teeth and showed pictures of my smile as it was previously. Within a day they had designed teeth that mimicked my teeth well, but better. I am so pleased with the result and have finally got my smile and confidence back.

In summary, from start to finish, this clinic is head and shoulders above the competition. They genuinely care about your procedure, your dental health and your final outcome. The price point is extremely good! I think they can achieve this because they are so busy, and rightly so. I will be raving about this place for years to come. If you are seriously contemplating having this done and regaining your smile and confidence I would highly recommend you consider using Sophia implant centre in Bulgaria.
