Feb 26 we selected a sofa and chair and agreed a delivery date. The sales aspect was very informative and clear and we paid as agreed.
All items were delivered as agreed so we were very impressed. After a week we noticed the leather on the sofa and chair were puddling and losing shape very badly. We went into Sofology and spoke to the manager and showed photos to prove our concern.
The manager logged the issue with their Customers Services as it would now have to be dealt with by them.
CS contacted me the same day and said I would need to wait 6to8 weeks as it had been in storage and May sort itself out. I advised I was not happy and wanted a technician to visit and I had leather suites for 40 years and never had this previously. It was agreed to send someone out.
The technician came and he was in complete agreement with us and even said it all looked second hand.
It seems the suites in the store are much better quality than what are delivered also there doesn’t appear to be any basic quality control checks before delivery.
I contacted CS and demanded a full refund under consumer rights act and asked them to take this appalling sofa back.
The items were collected very promptly and I was advised I would have a refund after 14 days. 6weeks later nothing received so after a further email I received a full refund with no ex gratia payment for stress and inconvenience caused
We would never use them or DFS again the whole experience was very stressful and upsetting

When we browsed store sales agents were busy chatting, 3 or 4 sofas of interest id seen online were not in store. Eventually ordered online after sending question re whether my sofa could have light piping on a green sofa which i really had wanted, ended up ordering the cream velvet with caramel piping.

Staff were helpful, especially Sunny. However, the reason for the low mark was their work tablets were not working properly on a Sunday to finalise our order. Expected a phonecall Monday, but nothing. Rang Sofaolfy who said they were going to give it 48 hours and try their tablets again. Sunny would ring me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no phone all by 5pm, so rang Sofaolfy again. Spoke to Sunny who would make arrangements to finalise order and would ring the next day. This was done, so finally ordered.

Really poor aftercare. We were told in store delivery will be 6 weeks - we've heard nothing from you since and so today we called after being left non the wiser to find out the order is going to be longer than 3 months from ordering. I wish to cancel the order - please can someone advise how... Very poor!

spent £2000 on a 2 and 3 seater sofa. Arrived Jan 2026. 3 months in and the 3 seater is not as comfortable as the 2. It feels like we are going to slip off. Engineer came and stated there was nothing wrong with it and it was just settling in. I would not have brought it if i had known it would deteriorate in such a short time. Customer services were useless and offered nothing other than for us to pay for an independent report. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE 4 SOFAS A YEAR!!!!!
