When we entered the store we were greeted by Gary. He asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for then pointed us in the right direction and left us alone to browse. He told us if there was anything he could help with to just ask.
After deciding on what we wanted he went through the options with us.
A pleasant experience throughout.

Really Friendly and understanding manner from Holly who helped us. Really helpful to our needs with clear and concise information and giving us tailored advice for the area we wanted a new sofa in. A very smooth and easy process going through the finance and insurance options. All this was done with lovely chit chat in between. Walked into the store feeling stressed about buying a new sofa and left feeling great!

Sofology's customer service is appalling. After delivering a poorly made chair with uneven legs, it is virtually impossible to contact anyone via the online chat service, email or telephone. We were told when it was delivered that someone would be in touch within 24 hours to rectify the problem - and that was 3 weeks ago. Not a word from them since. I am disappointed that we could receive such poor service after spending so much money. The staff in store were lovely and I fully intended to make further purchases in there in the near future, but this experience has ensured that I wouldn't consider shopping in Sofology again.
Update
Upon writing and posting this review, we were contacted by someone from Sofology who told us how sorry they were and that someone would be in touch with us within 72 hours to resolve our issue. Even allowing for the Christmas break, this is now more than a week later and we have heard nothing. We cannot get anyone to pick up the phone and the chat function on their website is still not working. This company is simply impossible to deal with and I've never experienced such appalling customer service. Even more disappointing is the fact that we have explained to them that the chair is for an 87 year old with mobility difficulties and the unresolved fault made the chair tip while he was trying to sit down on it. Even our concerns about the health and safety problems have been disregarded. We now have the enormous inconvenience of escalating this complaint further when the solution would have been so simple for them to put in place.
