We had so much help from Mark in the Norwich Branch. Excellent care and service and we feel very lucky to have been well looked after, buying our first sofa for our first home! Thank you so much.

First visit to sofology. Was pleasant walking around the store and wasn't pestered by staff. When we found the furniture we dealt with Mel at your norwich branch. He was excellent. He went through our options, style, colour etc.

We revisited the Norwich showroom after several months to order the sofa that we really liked, the salesman, Mark remembered us from our first visit, he patiently took us through the options and answered all of our questions with honesty and consideration for our needs, very polite, good humoured and knowledgable. He made the experience of a large purchase very easy. Excellent customer service, well done Sofology and Mark.

We dealt with Mark who was very helpful helping us find the right configuration corner sofa in the model we wanted. Looking forward to the finished product in February!

Staff were very helpful, Laura in particular. Appreciated how well she spoke to all of us. She also genuinely cares about what she does and that comes across.

When entering the store we were left to browse at our own leisure without being pestered by any members of staff. When walking round we were spoken to briefly to check we were okay and then when we wished to speak in further depth, the sales man was very helpful and knowledgable. Would happily shop back here in the future.

First and foremost has to be the great sales team .Two of the most Friendly and welcoming staff you are ever likely to meet . None of the pushy selling patter. Nothing was to much trouble for Mel and ,sadly I didn't get the other guys name . . But Thank you guys! GREAT SERVICE. Well laid out showroom ,and, obviously, good quality furniture as I bought 2 sofas! Would highly recommend a visit. Beats all the other retail units there hands down!

The down to earth customer service was amazing! Never have i laughed so much whilst spending so much money! Laura and her colleagues were all fantastic from the moment I walked into the store until the moment I walked out.

Clean shop/warm and welcoming wide range of furniture to try -customer service Mel was very helpful and not pushy and gave us all the information we needed

We were looking at adding to the sofa we already have and the lady stopped us and said did we know that there was an offer on for existing stock, so 60% off which was amazing.

She was on her way to the loo so didn’t have to stop but very glad she did, above and beyond as usual.
