Ordered my sofas ok, on my way home I realised we didn’t discuss feet. I rang up as soon as I was home to make sure these was changed in the 48 hours it stated I could change. I was told they would call back within 72 hours. No call. I called into the store after working away all week and was told too much time had passed. So am stuck with feet I didn’t want.

—————star. The guarantee is worth nothing. My last review suddenly disappeared! Are people aware that companies can pay to have negative reviews removed? I’m taking my complaint to the small claims court. This company should not be trading. They are misleading people and In my opinion should be wearing masks they are nothing more than highway robbers!!!

The store assistant ordered the shezlong on the wrong side, even though my wife told her that the shezlong had to be on the left hand side; she also pointed to the side which it was required. My wife phoned the store & had it changed, but we're still worried that Sofology will deliver the incorrect version. We will have to wait & see, we can do no more. If all is good, then I will be very happy to change this to a higher rating.

We found Lini very helpful.Nothing to much trouble.We had three visits,never felt pressured.When we finally made our decision,felt it was the right one.
Other staff looked after us too,giving us tea and biscuits while waiting for Lini.
All a credit to the company.

Avoid Sofology if you value honesty, communication and reliable customer service.
I want to start by saying that the sales consultant who helped us in store was absolutely exceptional. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to help us choose the right furniture. She is a real credit to Sofology and, unfortunately, the only positive part of this experience. Sadly, everything that happened after placing the order completely let her down, along with the reputation of the company itself.
Three weeks ago, I was told my sofa, chair and two footstools would be delivered on a Friday. I arranged my schedule around that date, only for the delivery not to happen. No proactive communication, no apology and no explanation.
I was then contacted and informed that my furniture was in the warehouse and could be delivered on Sunday 24 May. I explained that this was impossible as my partner and I were due to go away on 23 May. I was assured that delivery could instead take place on 22 May.
Trusting Sofology's word, my partner took another day off work and waited at home all day. After hearing nothing, I called Sofology only to be told that the furniture would, in fact, be delivered on Sunday 24 May – the exact date I had already explained was not suitable.
So, after multiple promises and two confirmed delivery dates, I have no furniture and my household has lost two working days because of Sofology's failures and lack of communication.
What is particularly frustrating is that on neither occasion did Sofology contact me to tell me the delivery arrangements had changed. Both times I had to chase for information myself. Customers should not be left wondering whether a delivery is actually going to happen or forced to spend their time repeatedly calling for updates.
This was not a bespoke order. These were stock items. I paid a £1,000 deposit and arranged finance for the balance, yet Sofology has repeatedly failed to deliver what was promised despite assuring me the furniture was available and in the warehouse.
The level of disorganisation, poor communication and disregard for customers' time is astonishing. Taking time off work once is frustrating enough; having to do it twice because of promises Sofology failed to keep is completely unacceptable.
The sales consultant did everything right and deserves recognition for her professionalism. Unfortunately, the systems, communication and customer service that follow once an order is placed fall woefully short of the standards she represents.
I have now requested cancellation of the order and a full refund. After this experience, I have absolutely no confidence in Sofology's ability to fulfil even the most basic commitments to its customers.
A fantastic salesperson let down by a deeply disappointing company process.

I was treated very well and allowed to sit for as long as I needed. When I went back 2 days later to confirm and buy I was remembered and it was no trouble to explain things. I wish I could rembember the name of second man that helped but Daniel helped first.
