A bad transition - Money lost
I bought Adobe Acrobat on 14th August 2025.
The program had problems during installing, but the aftermarket service resolved the issue.
On 18th Adobe noticed me, the program wasn’t original, and on 21th the program was blocked by Adobe, and it doesn’t work anymore.
I required the refund, but SOFTASTRD doesn’t make it.
Pay attention on buying on their website.
I paid 43.99 euros for nothing and I’m waiting for my refund. They don’t reply my messages for the refund.

purchased Office 2024 for Mac, but it wasn’t compatible with my iMac (version 10.5 – requires at least 13.0). I contacted the seller — quick, professional, and polite response. They offered me an alternative software compatible with my system. Very satisfied, highly recommended.

Installing Office 2024 Pro and Acrobbat Pro
Hi, I recently bought a Laptop with office 365 as mandatory annual subscription. Unhappy about, I unistalled the 365 and to install Office 24 pro plus. It is a detailed installation, but I had only to follow step by step the video tutorial. I did it paying attention, and everything has well gone. More easy to install the Acrobat Pro. Thanks a lot. A very good buy for a small price.
