The installation instructions to download the software to my computer do not work, Microsoft Office takes the instructions as an Office 365 purchase and appropriates the key or serial for the installation. The folks at SOFTKEYPC do not fix the problem even though it has been reported to them countless times, nor do they make the warranty effective or do the installation. They just go crazy.

Hola, no entendemos el comentario el porque una estrella, se pasó la guía de instalacion con las instruciones paso a paso.
Se conecto mi compañero de soporte remotamente y efectivamente el producto estaba canjeado, solo era de descargar el office y instalar.(Ya lo había canjeado el cliente y no lo había descargado porque no lo encontraba)
Sobre el office 365 era una suscripción antigua y el cual se le indicó al cliente que tenía que cancelar la suscripción para que Microsoft no le haga más rebajo. (Eso ya es ajeno a nosotros y no tenemos que ver con cobros de suscripciones antigua obtenidas directamente de Microsoft)
Quizás el tiempo de respuesta no fue tan oportuna, pero es porque se paso la guía de paso a paso.
Adicional nosotros ofrecemos el soporte remoto completamente gratis, pero en ocasiones colapsa.
