I bought a license for Adobe AE through Wowcher - a bad idea in the first place. After a longwinded process I finally managed to install the software but realised very quicly that this was not a "lifetime license" but cracked software. A scan confirmed a Trojan was involved, most likely used to crack the Adobe but could also be used to steal your personal data. I will avoid these guys in the fututre.

Bought keys for Office 2024, Visio and project included, went to use the keys - ALL FAILED DUE TO TOO MANY ACTIVATIONS!
In other words - they have issued the same keys to multiple users!

Total scam!
I have lost my money but you don't have to lose yours - AVOID THESE COWBOYS LIKE THE PLAGUE, THERE SCAMMERS SHOULD NEVER BE IN BUSINESS!

The digital email link that was sent to me via email did not connect to Microsoft . Also there was no pdf attached for the link video to set up the 365 pro plus programme .
I need help to install the programme on my laptop

Purchased a CAD licence. Instead of a licence key I received cracked software which installed a virus. This is a complete scam.

I purchased Acrobat 2025 For 1 Windows PC Lifetime.
The order is marked as complete and the download link does not work.
I have emailed SortKeyCart several times and no response. I have even resorted to messaging within the site but to no avail.
I assume this must be a fraud/scam

Not responding to emails after issue reported with product and download link. Requested refund. But no response

Ordered product, received via email. Product did not work with an error message.

Emailed with a request for assistance and photo of error message -ignored.

Emailed again asking for help or a refund -ignored.

Rang contact number to speak to someone -phone number doesn't connect.

The keys worked I made a mistake they came back to me and put me right I would use them again

Excellent. It just worked, key came through within minutes.

Scam AVOID. Sending you random code not matching.

Code did not work, sent several emails, no response at all. Phone number does not exist. So nah

This is a clone site of softwareg.com.au, AKA Productkeys.uk run by a "Shawn Verna" (fake name it seems) apparently based in Australia.
Been buying from them for years, frequent problems but he always tried to resolve. In 2025 they went totally rogue - sending fake / used keys, or sending 3 when you ordered 6. Such a pity, he used to be good and honest. Avoid them, you will lose your money like I did.

Not my first time using Softkeys but have installed on 2 new build computers in the last few months and it just works. Almost instant key delivery to your inbox and very clear instruction on how to use it. As an occasional system builder it is just perfect for me.

Bought Microsoft Office 365 1 time lifetime payment, didn't received anything from them. I've sent a message to them and I'm awaiting the response, but judging from some reviews it's becoming obvious that I'll never get receive it.

Update: It's not a scam, customer service reached out the same night and resolved the issue in the morning. They were very kind.

Scam. the win key didnt work and after they agree to refund they didnt refund or answer my emails.

I ordered software activation key code and when I used it, I was informed that it wasn't compatible with my computer and I contacted them for a refund. Initially, they responded one time informing that it was valid, I replied back that I want refund which is within my rights because I have not used it, they did not reply after the first time and they stopped responding despite my several requests. I have lost my money that I paid for nothing. Be careful with this company, they have no customer support and are not trustworthy, it is like a scam!!

This is a terrible scam! I ordered software and promptly informed them that it wasn't compatible with my computer and I needed a refund. Initially, they responded with various excuses, then a week later, they stopped responding. In the end, I paid but received nothing! I've just lost my money. Be careful with this scam website!
