Scam!!!
I feel into the trap of not reading on here first and ended up getting scammed. Lucky is used paypal and was able to get a refund! terrible why are these people shut down!!

You should avoid this company.
Goods did not arrive and zero communication.
Similar experience to other reviewers.
- Placed order 11 Aug
- Chased order by email 7 September 22 - no response
- Order chased again by email 3 October 22 - no response.
TBF Paypal refund was immediate on 10 Oct.

Scam
As many others, I wish I had read the reports here before placing an order. After one month of waiting, yet to receive any confirmation that the item, that supposedly was in stock, has been shipped as well as multiple communication attempts from my side to their three different email accounts, contact form on the website and Facebook, all of which was ignored, I had to go back to my bank to dispute the charge.
This company is a complete scam. They will take your money and then you will never hear from them again. Someone in the UK should report them to the authorities so that they can be shut down.
(remember to also check the reviews of softkittyclothing.com, it is the same company but I guess they changed URL such that people would not notice all the reviews)

I have tried contacting yourselves countless times. My order #23681 that I placed on the 18th of November has still not arrived. I would like a full refund, I have been more than patient and have tried contacting you multiple times across many different platforms. All of my messages have been ignored :(
