Struggled to get the software loaded (probably an issue at my end!). Paul was fantastic and sorted it out for me immediately. Fantastic customer service!

Had to buy office professional after my laptop died and needed to reinstall everything. Purchase of software was easy and excellent value.
I received instructions within a few minutes.
After installing it showed a previous office version. I spoke to SoftMall help desk and they immediately responded. It was down to user error and system recoginising the previous version from my account.
Easily fixed and now everything working as expected

Bought this because my computer needed resetting beacuse of a windows update. It installed OK but the files say 2019 when opened. The App says MS Office 2024 so there is obviously something amiss. Chatted to Softmall twice and cannot get it resolved and they said that it must be a bug that MS should resolve in their next update. We will have to wait and see

I had difficulty downloading the .exe file from the provided link, as my anti-virus kept deleting it. I contacted customer support, using chat, and the person sent me an alternative link, which worked.

Looked at reviews for SoftMall, went ahead and purchased the Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for Windows 10/11. I am old school so wanted the Outlook app so I could use my .pst file from my previous computer. No monthly subscription, so a one off simple process for purchase, just take your time after using the Key to download from Microsoft. No issues with install, would definitely recommend SoftMall, Thank you

Great value, removal of exiting windows software, has to be removed prior to upload of new soft ware, the whole process was good, took longer than expected but happy with end result, I went the 2024 package hope when the update comes it’s a simple process!
