Super Great Support12

I requested on-line help and described the symptoms I was experiencing with connecting my new iPhone to my existing iRingg app. I mentioned that everything worked great until I got a new iPhone. With the information I provided to Cloe, she provided me with an explanation why I was experiencing problems and the remedy to solve my problem. Followed her instructions and everything is working great again.

Last week, I could no longer use my YouTube converter without knowing why. Was it the upgrade of my iMac, or was it the upgrade of the Softorino YouTube Converter, or could it be another reason? I will never know. I then sought the help of the Softorino team, and after some back-and-forth emails with the team, I was able to use my converter again. I have nothing but praise for the Softorino team. Thank you!"

Great support - on Xmas Day!

Despite the fact that my product was old, used the old one-off pricing model and wasn't readily available to install on a brand new computer, Chloe gave me the link and instructions on how to get the version I needed that would work with my serial number. And she did this on Christmas Day.

Excellent customer service

I had trouble activating a free upgrade. Contacted support and received a prompt reply. The issue was solved very quickly and easily. I also received a follow up email to make certain my issue was successfully resolved. Excellent customer service. The app itself is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Great products, even better team!

I've used Softorino products for a number of years and the team continue to be a genuine pleasure to work with. Recently encountered an issue on an update but 48 hours after initial report was shared they had a new update with quality of life improvements added in... wish all software creators offered this level of customer interaction and support. Very highly recommended.

I have been a long-standing customer

I have been a long-standing customer, and the software had consistently worked well until the recent update to the Pro version. Since then, the application has repeatedly crashed, and I have been unable to identify the cause. I contacted your support team on six separate occasions and did not receive a single response.

In addition, I have purchased the YouTube converter multiple times, and unfortunately, none of them have worked. I am extremely disappointed that, despite the amount I have spent, no support or assistance has been provided.

Regrettably, due to the lack of service and unresolved issues, I will be discontinuing the use of this product and seeking an alternative solution.

Not what I was expecting from a fantastic company like Softorino

I’m writing as a very loyal and long-time user of your products. I started with WALTR Pro back when your apps were still separate, and I’ve maintained a paid subscription for years because I genuinely like what Softorino makes.

When I saw the Black Friday offer, I was excited. I thought: “Great, I can extend my universal license and stay with them even longer.” I went to the website, and saw the Softorino AI instructions, and followed them. The wording was very clear: to extend your universal license subscription during the Black Friday sale, follow these steps. So I did exactly that.

The payment went through, but instead of extending my current subscription, a new one was created with different dates. My existing subscription stayed as it was. When I contacted support to double-check, I was told that they couldn’t extend the old one and that I’d have to just use the new subscription – essentially losing the remaining days I already paid for.

Right now, I seem to have around three subscriptions in my account, one old, two current with one active and one I just purchased which should be for a year but only shows one month? I’m honestly frustrated and very disappointed, because all I wanted was one single subscription with my paid time intact. I feel like I did everything right and am still being penalized.
*edit STILL showing only a one month "new" subscription, not the 12 month one I already paid for!
Seven days AFTER the fact.
Follow up Edit 08-12-2025: It took a little bit longer than expected but I am completely satisfied to have resolved the situation. Thanks to all the Softorino employees that assisted me.

Waltr Pro - a good app!…

The app (Waltr Pro) allows me to put songs/files on my iPhone without using the cumbersome and annoying iTunes app. It works intuitively and without flaw. I needed assistance to reset my license key when I upgraded my PC, and they assisted without issue.

There was an issue with the app

There was an issue with the app. I wrote the company. They responded that my email was received. Then I was told they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. Then I was informed they have fixed the issue. You cannot ask for more than than!

Easy use, quite intuitive interface
Due to YouTube restrictions it sometimes proved impossible to get recordings done.
