Sudden SPAM suspension with ZERO support for 3+ days - Absolute rubbish
I purchased a Ryzen - Two / Ryzen & Gold VPS on February 27th, 2026. Everything worked fine until April 27th, when they suddenly suspended my service without any warning, evidence, or explanation.
The only reason shown is "SPAM". No logs, nothing.
I immediately opened 3 urgent tickets:
- #102744 (April 27)
- #183814 (April 27)
- #633226 (April 30 - "PLEASE Urgent REPLY")
Today is April 30th — more than 3 full days with ZERO reply from support. I cannot access my VPS, cannot backup my data, and the panel says "This VPS is suspended. You cannot perform any operations."
I no longer want to use their service. I just want my data back and to cancel. But they completely ignore me.
This is absolute rubbish service. You pay money, they suspend without proof, then ghost you for days while your data is locked. Extremely unprofessional.
I have also posted about this on LowEndTalk with screenshots. Many other users have reported the same spam/abuse suspension + no support issue.
I will never use or recommend SoftshellWeb again.
I just want my data back.

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for network abuse. Your service was suspended because activity originating from your VPS directly caused our IP addresses to be blacklisted by major authorities, specifically SpamHaus and Abusix.
Despite this severe violation, your claim that your data is currently locked is untrue. We have already re-enabled access to your VPS, giving you the opportunity to address the issue and back up your data. We must act decisively in these situations to protect our network infrastructure and our other clients.
