Very disappointed with this so called muslim company. Bought the sujud with high hopes. First of all delivery was very delayed, but they did write a very nice email that it would be, and I didn’t mind that too much and it was ok. But their website says 100 day money back guarantee. The prayer mat did not make any difference to my aunty’s knee pain. So when I sent them 2 emails asking for return and refund, there is no reply from them at all. Complete silence. Waste of my money.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from SoftSujud.

I placed an order in February for 6 prayer mats, specifically to give as gifts for Eid. While I understand there can be delays during Ramadan/Eid, the main issue has been the lack of communication and incomplete delivery.

Only 4 mats arrived on 24.03.26 and 2 (cream ones, which is more of a yellowish colour) are still missing. The tracking with Yodel has been unclear with no delivery date, and despite emailing SoftSujud's customer support multiple times, I’ve had no response after the initial message.

Because of this, I wasn’t able to give the gifts on Eid as planned, which was really upsetting.

I hope the company improves its customer service and communication, especially during busy periods. At the moment, I’m still waiting for either the missing items or an update.

My order never arrived and they don’t respond via their support channel. Do not purchase from this company they are a scam.

I got this for my mum who used to pray on a chair because of knee issues. She loves it and uses it daily. Very grateful for this company, alhamdoulilah. It arrived very fast too.
