Terrible ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !! Their so called 'LIFE Time' MS licenses sold on their website and also via GroupON are not valid for longer than a few weeks then you have to contact their support....well, not really support, a teenager in his bedroom !!! They have a mobile number advertised on their website for support but they never answer. They respond to emails with terrible English and they are never polite e.g. no hello, no apology , no sorry for the inconvenience, no thank you and no signature or name or number on the email. This is the worst experience with any online customer support or telephone support I have ever experienced. I now have to buy a new MS Office license - IT'S IS SCAM !! They only have one mobile number for support - they are a one man band !!

I bought few programs of Software Deal. I must say on positive side that thy were very helpful and after some difficulties I managed to install all of them and get them running.
On the negative side , the programs worked only until the companies ( Microsoft , Autodesk ... ) discovered that it is "not genuine software" and blocked it. The longest I managed to use Microsoft Office 2019. I used it full year.
If something sounds too good to be true , , do not fall for it .
In the end I bought it from Microsoft. Should have done it in the first place.

I ordered software and it can't be dowloaded. They spent 2.5 hours on my computer, changing all the settings, dismantling antivirus and firewalls, and could not get through the modem firewall, despite all my other operating system downloads and various softwares having no issues for the past few weeks. So, they just signed off, left everything undone in virus, firewalls, etc, and didn't even communicate to me on next steps. Disgusted at present. Submitting this by email, but if this is not resolved I will put this out on the internet sites.

Everything is very easy and simple, anyone can figure it out, so I advise you to try it, there is even a free trial version for 30 days, I took the free version for myself and immediately realized that it suits me Now I have been using the paid version for 2 months now and I want to say that I paid not in vain)

As from now Software Deals still failed to refund my software I bought, it was THEIR choice to refund due to a TeamView mess up THEY made on my computer. They said they forwarded refund to PayPal but it’s not existing. I have serious doubts about this company as payments go into a private bank account, it’s clearly noticed when invoicing on PayPal. I would like SoftwareDeals to explain publicly why they ignore emails regarding refunds.

I had a terrible experience with SoftwareDeals... I had difficulties to download my CorelDRAW X7 that I purchased from them due to the license error and they offered to install if from their side via TeamViewer. It went well but I couldn't use my Bitmap and my LineTrace bombed out each time.
After several messages they offered to assist me to download it again. An error message came up and they tried to install a newer version without success.
They must have somehow deleted an important file or nobody knows what happened but I saw everything on my screen and noticed the error coming up... I became frustrated with the situation since I use the program for business purposes and no version of CorelDRAW could be downloaded and upon downloading it gave error messages. I kept on sending emails requesting assistance, the call center eventually apologies and offer me a free program worth $150 for my inconvenience and said they will refund me.
Its now more than 3 weeks later, when I requested the program I never got and reply on my email and up to now no refund which they said will reflect in my bank within a week later.
I had quite a loss of income as I'm running a laser engraving business. I bought the full version of CorelDRAW 2021 now from CorelDRAW itself and can continue working for the first time in quite a while.
My Windows 10 and Office 365 was reinstalled by a local technician trying to sort out the errors which costs me a lot of money... The support was absolutely fantastic in the beginning until the problems occurred and I'm left alone to sort out the mess myself. I'm also not sure if I will get refunded as I sent emails and the control center said they will come back to me but they didn't..
