I had difficulty installing Office for Mac. I called support this morning and Paul was super helpful and also super patient with my limited tech abilities. We resolved the problem and I can go on to use the product.

Initial product codes wouldn't work (perhaps a Mac/Windows verification problem). Support team (especially Carl) were superb in solving the issue. All fine now

After purchasing a Microsoft Word 2016 product code and having great trouble with the install process, I asked the live chat for assistance. Not only did they upgrade my purchase to a Home and Student key (giving me PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote free of charge), they also provided a remote session and installed everything for me within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this company enough; this is the best service I've had in a very long time.
