Two years ago I bought MS Office 2016 suite from Softwarediscount.ca and downloaded it on my laptop. It went alright and I was happy with it.
After two years I had to factory reset my laptop and re-install the office. Needed support. I contacted them via the chat box on their website. The support was immediately available. Sab understood my situation and helped me resolve the issue quickly.
I couldn't be any happier with the support. I will buy from them again.
