My third purchase from SoftwareKeep went smooth and easy. Looking back, only the second one had a hitch. The computer still had hidden files of old MS trial software, which tried to hijack things at installation. A call to the SoftwareKeep help desk soon solved that. They took over my computer remotely, stripped out the offending items, and I was good to go. Excellent source for Office software at a far more economical price and with great support.

I just purchased my office 365 subscription. I got my product key wothin a couple of minutes.
Daniel help me with my installation, he was very patient, polite and helpful. I had a great experience with this purchase.

Great customer service provided via chat by Daniel. He kindly and thoroughly explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.
It'll be my first purchase on softwarekeep.ca for a Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student for Windows, and I hope this experience will be as smooth as the help I received before purchasing the product!

Software could not immediately be activated. After some frustrations with emails not going through to SoftwareKeep a quick phone call resolved everything and the software Technician was very helpful and I was completely happy with the end result.

I purchased a copy of parallels that my computer couldn't run, order #3000017618, and I wasn't sure if I was eligible for a refund. Reached out to support, and Jesús was quick and efficient in getting me a refund, and explained everything clearly with very little hassle. Happy to have this solved.

I am truly impressed with SoftwareKeep and their customer service. I purchased a software license from SoftwareKeep however had trouble downloading because the version I bought did not work with my older iMac. I was so upset but the customer service representative Anna was truly amazing, she helped me resolve the issue by finding a download version that would work on my older iMac and then helped me to download and install everything properly. This was a first time purchase for me from this company and it will not be my last. Thanks Anna you were a god send.

Recently purchased MS Office software at an excellent price from SoftwareKeep and had some confusion about the Microsoft licencing process. Carl, with the software support group, provided answers to my questions the same day and now everything is licenced and working properly. I'm very happy with the support provided for software support.

I did a quick search online for a possible cheaper option for Microsoft Office and came up with this site, a legit site as well. I purchase a lifetime software for approximately $60 less than Costco (the latter had a cheaper option than elsewhere). Thank you to Joe for your quick and helpful and friendly service!

This is the second time I have purchased a product from SoftwareKeep and I must say that their support team is extremely responsive and helpful.
Daniel was supportive and patient with me the whole time! I can't recommend this company enough.

Today I clicked an incorrect file permission which kicked me out of MS Office, and if it wasn't for Daniel and his kind assistance, I would not have access to my documents today. I use office regularly for school, so this was a big deal. Daniel patiently worked with me to resolve the issue, and while it turned out not to be complicated, I certainly appreciated his patience and remote assistance guiding me through correcting the issue. Having previously set everything up and subsequently forgotten everything, it took a little bit of help to sort things out. Softwarekeep and their team have been fantastic whenever I have needed them. I appreciate that they always have amazing prices on all of their products and the buying experience is straightforward. Coming upon an issue today, having access to help is really appreciated and the fact that it goes smoothly, really gives me the peace of mind I need if I problem occurs.
