Purchased wrong program

I accidentally purchased Office for Windows instead of Mac. I realized it a half hour later. I emailed asking for either an exchange or refund. Bryan emailed back within a half hour with a confirmation of a refund and asked that I just please delete the other. So quick so easy. Very grateful.

Bryan was quick and effective in his responses in the chat. I made a silly mistake but he fixed it for me rapidly and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely use softwarekeep for my software needs in the future.

Thanks to Daniel

I really enjoyed my session with Daniel. His expertise, patience and kindness were greatly appreciated. I was resisting ordering new software, as my old MacBook (2011) already had MS Office installed, but it was slow. I purchased a MacBook Air second-hand last year, but my old Microsoft Office was not compatible with this new laptop. However, I am an author, and writing a new book composed of the letters that my parents wrote to each other between 1941 and 1945, when my father was a POW in Hong Kong, and my mother was a single parent of three young children living in Winnipeg. It is important to me to have new software, so I bit the bullet and ordered Microsoft Office online. However, I had no idea how to install this new software, and Daniel came to my rescue. It was not an easy job for him, as I am 87 years old and hard of hearing, but he never lost patience with me and guided me through this with good will. Thank you, Daniel, for your expertise and just for being you!

I ordered the product and realized my new computer came with the program. I emailed the company told them I didn’t need it. They were very prompt on giving me a refund. Ray was very helpful and quick to get back to me.

Adin was just fantastic!

Support clerk from SoftWareKeep was great

Support clerk from SoftWareKeep, named Ray, was very helpful. I was sent a "used" code of Microsoft office. Talked to Ray with provided invoice number and was sent a working code within minutes. Thanks!

Difficulties to happily complete!

I started out having difficulties with the process, sending a photo of my credit card felt sketchy but someone on the phone that I spoke to and Ray on customer service chat both confirmed it was safe. After I did that, the link I had was a downloading error. Ray helped me through it every step of the way. Our chat got disconnected and when I restarted the chat, he was there to continue helping me. I'm not a super tech savvy gal so the process seemed intimidating, especially when the problems occurred but Ray gave me detailed instructions and we got it done. 10/10 recommend Ray!

Customer service with Joe was a very…

Customer service with Joe was a very pleasant and positive experience. He was very clear with his instructions and guidance and very patient in dealing with me and my problem. Would definitely like to have him as a repeat customer service rep in the future.
