I wish to express thanks for the excellent assistance I received today from Joe.
I inadvertently deleted my recently purchased MS Office 2019 while doing a hard drive cleanup. It was in a folder labelled Office 2011. Who knew?
Found the chat assist link and Joe quickly and patiently helped me restore my software and also better organize my download files to avoid a recurrence of my error.
The rapid resolution was far better than I had anticipated and I am grateful for the efficient accessible rapid support.

I purchased a microsoft office download and had problems installing it. Ray took over my computer remotely and fixed the problems.

Paul was an amazing help! Since I am not computer savvy, he walked me through the steps to find out if my computer is compatible with the program. He taught me a lot and was extremely helpful!!!

His name is Joe. I Didn't expect to get really fast response and assistant, but this guy was incredibly helpful. He knows what he is doing. everything went so fast and clear. His service is just perfect!

Ultimately the software is legit and the experience is a bit scary at first.

The time limit given right after you purchase is useless and then the rest of the experience is dealing with people that give you a wary feeling. The conclusion was that the software link took an hour to download and it worked fine. Joe was my technical support guy and was easy to deal with.

Worked with Joe, very professional and helped figure out my problem. Due to me needing the software urgently for work unfortunatly I overlooked certain details and joe was able to clarify this for me right away.

Worked with Joe to activate some keys that weren't working as provided. Always quick, friendly, and efficient.
