Bought Outlook package for Mac from Softwarekeep. Had some issues installing it due to my lack of knowledge. Zoho Assist Carl was vey helpful and patient and sorted it out very efficiently.

I had quickly downloaded my software with softwarekeep.co.uk which was quick and easy, however I had issues with my computer. I contacted Eric on the online chat box, he then proceeded to log into the computer via team viewer. Ten minutes later he sorted the issue. Great help.

In all things the internet is a funny place, and we take a risk whenever we buy anything.

Today I purchased Word for Mac, wrote in the wrong email address, and double clicked on the buy 2 instead of buy 1... I am a stroke survivor and sometimes cock up spectacularly... The Agent, Carl, dealt with all my fo'pars and sorted it out for me.

Thank you, for understanding and for sorting that out for me. I hope that I can remember the companies name for when I go to buy and cock up the next order...

Ordered 2 software apps and the only way Softwarekeep could supply the 2nd one was by giving me an upgraded version which included the first choice app. As this was then redundant, I was given a full refund on this initial item. Anne was very helpful, explaining the position in a clear, easy to understand way. Highly recommended for future purchases !!

JD was very patient in talking me through how to firstly complete the process for the licence, which by the way is very over the top!! and creates more stress trying to prove you have actually bought the licence.
Then he helped me in downloading the programme as it did seem to get lost in the lap top!!]
Any way mission accomplished after approx 1 hour which is way to long a process due to all the bureacraucy.

Download after 3 hours hadn't finished, the online chat were supportive and patient and after we'd gone a few rounds of trying things, screen shots and questions about files sizes and download times on the 3rd attempt it worked. Good price for the product and very patient support!
