Jesus helped me a lot by taking me seriously. I know that most of the time the problem is between screen and chair but he was very helpful, kind and polite and knew.

I wanted to perform a software purchase but had doubts regarding the type of file I would receive. I got a clear explanation that after my purchase I would receive an email with the link and activation code.
So I've done the online purchase and waited. But then I was feeling that it was taking too much time.
Daniel assisted me while I was having a meeting at the same time...I took me a while to give feedback about the purchase details but finally I gave the details. Daniel check the details and within seconds I got my email with the link and code.
