I purchased Windows 7 Pro today and the process was efficient. Following the purchase I received a mail with a link to a chat popup where I was asked for sensitive information relating to card used for purchase which was supposed to be for security reasons. I refused to give these details on line as I could not be sure if the mail and chat were genuine. Eventually the Customer Support agent, Joe, phoned and I was happy to give some limited information. The transaction was then completed successfully and quickly. Joe was very helpful when we spoke and dealt with the problem very well. I have not used the product yet so cannot comment on it or any ongoing support that I may need.
