Very disappointing experience with SoftwareOne.
Our email service was cancelled outright without any prior intimation simply because the sub-dealer handling the account had shut shop. At no point did anyone from their team attempt to reach out via email or phone to inform us or discuss an alternative solution before taking such a critical action.
For something as essential as email services, basic communication and customer responsibility should be expected. A simple conversation could have easily resolved the situation, but instead the service was terminated prematurely.
Due to the lack of professionalism and poor communication, we have decided not to continue any engagement with SoftwareOne and will be moving our services elsewhere.
I would strongly recommend that the company improve its customer communication and escalation processes to avoid similar experiences for others.
