I never received my disk. I requested a refund, I never got that neither.

I'll stick with TEMU (a TRUSTED site) from now on. I should've checked the reviews on SRW before purchasing (as i most OFTEN DO), but i didn't this time 😢 #LessonLearned

No item, no working tracking information, no response to emails, absolute scam of a company.
Happy to take money and provide you with absolutely nothing in return, not even the decency of a response to an email.
I could use an array of negative words but not a one of them will do this company any justice- they are vermin and even that is an incredible understatement for them.

Order never received and trackung was never updated. Lack of customer service for a response on where my order was.
Now I am out of pocket as I can't get a refund due to no customer service, yet they have the cheek constantly email me a promo code.

Site is scam to take your money. I do not recommend at all!

A complete fraud….company number refers to a catering company in Bristol that is insolvent and no longer exists….VAT reg number on invoice does not refer to any UK company….address of the company refers to a “virtual office”.
Received a driver disc which immediately flagged up as being contaminated with a virus…refused to acknowledge numerous emails…steer clear at all costs !!!!

Ordered 3 Discs for Windows 10 Recovery.
Won't allow updating of Windows Store, Can't install Yahoo Mail.
To make it sympil I can do anything.
Absolute Con.

Sent a pass key did not work, they responded and sent another, didnt work either, now no response, no refund...have stolen my money

Purchased a 5 user lifetime licence for Office 2021, witch worked initially, but when i attempted to use the 4th licence fount it was invalid, online and telephone activation failed.
Contacted SRW who washed their hands as it was "over 30 days or that I didn't know how many times I had used it before" as if I couldn't count to more than 3. So then contacted Microsoft (who were actually very helpful!) they confirmed it was PIRATED.!

DVD install disk didn’t work I bought from them. So bought USB stick. Didn’t work either. Refund was offered but never came after much time and many reminders. Suggest you order from Amazon and if it doesn’t work, you can always send back.

Highly avoid this company please do not waste your time, Ordered windows 10 recovery usb two disks arrive I follow instructions still no windows 10 on my device 2 days trying still nothing they claim they have 24-7 care they don’t you get one response every three days, they give you no resolution to the issue Awful company

These are scammers I ordered a Windows Reaper disk from them but it turned out I made a mistake, I sent it back and wanted to get my money back It turned out that no one replies to my emails I wrote to them every day for a week and nothing.
I didn't get my money back.
Avoid it as much as possible.
They are scamming people!

Purchased Glary Utilities with Lifetime License BUT Licence number INVALID, Emailed Glary utils the reply I got was invalid License not issued by Glary.

Dispite all reviews I bought some many things and all works perfectly, I think some people knowladge is lacking, as I have been buying from here over 2 years now

I spent £15 on HP WIN 11 USB, These sharks sent two dvd, rom both infected and with AVAST, MOZILLA, FIREFOX Browsers, I sent email which they have ignored. DON'T GIVE THESE SHARKS YOUR MONEY.

The windows 10 disk they sent was fine but under no circumstances should you try to use the "Driver update disk" which seems extremely suspicious and reeks of malware. If you want firefox in Russian with dozens of dodgy looking browser plugins it's just the ticket. Otherwise consign it to the bin.

Avoid at all costs, took ages to supply the code, so I emailed them stating I want to cancel and bought elsewhere. Replied after I contacted them 4 times and refused the refund!

I am relly pleased with Macos sierra bootable usb. It is working perfect. hopefully next time i can get through the telephone number for customer service.

Item not received. No communication. Would not use again or recommend.

My windows laptop failed. I should of made a recovery USB which we all can do, but I didn't 🙄
Ordered it, arrived the next day. Initially didn't appear to work but that was because the hard drive was totally kaput. Once I removed the hard drive it worked put in compatible SSD drive and installed windows fine. So no complaints it arrived quickly and worked 🤗. Okay I worked in IT for several decades and can trouble shoot with little direct knowledge which helps a lot.
