Amazing great knowledge friendly couldn’t ask for more managed to fix my issues the very same day I would highly recommend to all

Brought in my brother's pc which was bottlenecking due to a mismatched cpu & gpu set up along with the pc not being set up or built quiet right. Phil was fast, efficient & even provided update videos along the upgrade/ swapping journey & provided a next day turnaround. I'd highly recommend phil to anyone who requires a detailed analysis of their issues regarding pc's as his passionate attitude makes the experience all come together along with his fair prices where phil make the customer feel comfortable with the fair prices or finding alternatives to help make the customer feel at ease with the price being offered.

Phil is brilliant with any computer problem he is so enthusiastic about his work it’s a credit to him. He sorted my laptop very quickly and managed to retrieve all my data until a new hard drive was fitted and set up. Good communication throughout and extremely reasonable charges. Excellent company. Phil listened to me, knew immediately what the issue was, told me the options, and gave me an honest price. He fixed my machine within a few days. Phil was fantastic, my pc just died one day and I thought it was a power issue. I need it for design work so called into the shop cos it's local for me. Took it to him on Wednesday he was fully booked up but said he would be able to get to it Friday at the latest so I left my pc with him. Less than an hour or so later the same day I get a phone call saying he's managed to diagnose the problem (turns out my graphics card had died) and not only that had fitted a loaner card so I could crack on with my work until I sourced a replacement card (Which he also advised me on! I e. fit for my system within budget etc). He gave me a full spec breakdown/ health update on the parts of my pc.
Honestly excellent service and a top guy I can't recommend Phil enough. Extremely knowledgeable and honest.

Proper sound guy, you can tell he has a passion for his work which is refreshing to see, service was great too, straightforward and friendly at affordable prices. Would definitely recommend and go back to for any tech issues

Great Computer Repair guy. Biult me a newer more up to date system and even offered me remote support at home free of charge. All this after taking a home built computer in littered with faults. He ran all diagnostic test first then give me a rundown and helped me work out a solution to the problems I was facing at an extremely affordable price. Will be taking my computers in for repair and buying also buying full systems from him again in the future. 5 stars. Would recommend

Easily the best in Wigan I’ve had multiple problems with my laptop over the past year and each time Phil’s gone above and beyond to get it back to me working. Even sometimes he only charged me for the parts and not labour.

If I could give Phil 10 stars I would. Unfortunately my laptop was so old it would have cost a lot to try and repair it so Phil sorted me out with a different laptop and went through everything . He transported all my old information and went through patiently how to use this laptop. Thankyou for everything and would not hesitate to recommend your business to anyone with a computer problem.
