Have uses Soft Water Salt since I had my water softener installed over a year ago, definitely one of the most competitive prices per pack based on bulk order and salt is well packaged and high quality. Usually delivered within 3-5 working days which is relatively quick and the delivery is always done efficiently. Order process seamless.

I discovered soft water salt, after doing a comparison for my block water softener i had installed some years ago by a known big name in softeners.
I always bought the salt blocks from them, with a small discount if i bought more blocks each time, but the cost of them seems to have increased a lot over the years.
I then used another company from a large diy chain which were slightly cheaper than before, but the quality wasn't so good.
I tried salt water salt as they were noticeably cheaper, so i ordered a pack of three, delivery was included for free, within a few days, so i had nothing to lose by trying them.
They arrived by courier within a week, which was easily as good as the others i tried.
The pleasant surprise when i opened them, they are finished off with rounded corners, and flat areas so you can safely hold them and load them into the softener, and they look like they are almost hand made with care, rather than the normal square and rough cuts around the blocks. I tested one bock on one side of the softener with my usual ones, and they last just as long.
I tested it the month after with two of the new blocks from soft water salt, using my usual test strips with the un-softened tap water and the softened water, and it was exactly the same. I have used the soft water salt blocks now for over three months, i am very happy with the finished quality, price, and delivery and will use them each time i need replacement blocks now.

Awful, salt blocks arrived broken - no response let alone help from customer service. Steer clear of them.

Whilst the ordering and delivery are good, and the price is ok. It’s a false economy as the blocks dissolve very quickly, so you’ll just end up buying twice as much.
Stick with known brands like Harvey etc. they are a little dearer but last way way longer.

Super fast delivery, and boxes look undamaged. Have not opened them to check for any breakages as there is 6 boxes and got better things to do.
No doubt if there is a problem it will be sorted.

Excellent customer service. Issue with the delivery by DHL, missing box and broken blocks of salt.
Contacted customer service, problem sorted, replacement missing box and another box sent out and received within a few days.
