Hello i think i have already told you i want back my order its not original and and you didn’t answer and you didn’t respond to my message please i want back the orders i have ordered send it to me the link i don’t want wasting my time for nothing and i don’t spend my money for fake perfume and and don’t say you are sorry to hear that because you know it that its not original i have already I spoke with the Al-Ruwaissah company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and they confirmed that this package is not original and that this color is counterfeit, especially since the packaging changed to silver two months ago due to the counterfeiting. Therefore, I want a refund and to return the order to you; everything from the packaging to the container is fake.

We strongly reject your allegation that the product supplied to you is counterfeit. We stand behind the authenticity of the products we sell, and we do not sell fake, counterfeit, or imitation items.
You have referred to Al-Ruwaissah, but we have not been provided with any evidence showing who they are in relation to this product, whether they are connected to the actual manufacturer, or whether they have any authority to authenticate products from this brand. Based on the information available to us, they do not appear to be the manufacturer, brand owner, or authorized representative. Therefore, their comments cannot be accepted as proof that the item is counterfeit.
Accusing a business of selling counterfeit goods is a serious matter. Such claims must be supported by proper evidence, not simply by naming a third party or making unsupported statements.
We will only consider formal written confirmation from the actual manufacturer or an authorized representative. We will not accept verbal claims, packaging opinions, screenshots without context, or comments from unrelated third parties as evidence.
You have also confirmed that the perfume has been opened. As clearly stated in our Returns Policy, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.
We cannot allow our Returns Policy to be bypassed through unsupported counterfeit allegations after a product has already been opened.
For clarity, our decision remains unchanged. The item is not eligible for return or refund.
