This company is TERRIBLE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I REPEAT: DO NOT BY FROM THEM.

Their return policy is a lie. I’ve literally sent daily emails back and forth trying to get a return and refund. The website says returns/refunds will be given, but that is a incorrect. They say it will cost too much in shipping to return, and it will be damaged in transit. It didn’t cost that much in shipping to get to the US, and it arrived undamaged, so they are lying. No matter what I say, I get the same response. Just save yourself the headache and money because it’s a sham company.

I attempted to cancel an order with hours after placing because I saw some horrible reviews ( unfortunately too late). They told me I they would only refund 80 percent, even though there is no way the order could have even begun to be processed. It’s been two months, and I’ve yet to see this refund. Funny, they charged me quickly enough. Do not order from this company!!!!!!

The pant set I ordered came in a tiny bag that you cant hardly get back in the package. The the set was horrible. way to big no phone number to call. I’m returning it and I better get my money back.

I’m super disappointed! This “wedding” dress is ok....but it didn’t fit well, and the fabric was way too heavy for a beach summer dress! Website claimed complete refund if I return within 15 days. Their email response to me was just as others have complained....trying to get me to “just keep it” as “it was custom made” (nope...it wasn’t). After viewing some of the comments here, I feel confident I should just donate for someone who can really use it. This company is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

If I could warn anyone about this company I would!!! Don’t waste your time ordering. I ordered a mother of the bride dress 4 weeks out from my daughters wedding. Paid extra to have it rushed to me in 3 days. I know it will take a 5 day business day to process the order. So with that I expected the dress no later than 10 days of order date. I received the dress a day before the wedding 4 weeks later. I had emailed this company and they agreed to have me return the dress and receive a refund. I paid a total of 165.89 and here I am going into November and this company has still not settle the issue. They are trying to “work” a deal with me by only paying me 15%of what I paid after agreeing they did not deliver as I ordered. If you can’t deliver to the customer what you promise then the customer is by all rights in the right to receive a FULL refund! I will gladly send this dress back but they continue to tell me they will just destroy it. I frankly don’t care because I needed it in the timing I ordered which is why I paid an extra 40 dollars to have it shipped in 3 to 5 days. I have since filed a claim against this company!! Please please don’t order from this company!

Bought 3 dresses. They are all beautiful. Very well made, I like the prices and the fit is great. The customer service has been very nice. I’m very pleased with my experience.

DON'T buy from this company!! bought a gown from Sogown and it doesn't fit due to being too small. The company doesn't give you a return address and won't let you return the item. They wanted me to take a picture showing the dress was too small and stated they would consider giving money to try to alter a dress that is too small!!! The company is a scam. Their company is located in Hong Kong. It has been a headache dealing with Sogown! Jeanne Morris

Worst experience ever! Run from this place . You wont get a dress that fits even custom order, it will be way off!!! and they WONT refund your money and avoid giving you shipping info to send it back. They offered me 12% refund to keep dress. Ships from China and they use this as excuse saying it will never make it back to them... good luck!!

Gave them a try, big mistake. Looks nothing like photo. Super cheap. They need to learn the basics on sewing first. Really disappointed. I probably could have done better on the finishes myself and I don’t sew at all.

BUYER BE WARE.... Please be aware that once you purchase from this company there is absolutely no return policy no matter what the website States. You will be stuck with the product and your money will not be refunded.
I purchased an outfit and the color was nothing like it was represented on the website. It's cost me $150 and they refuse to let me return it.
They said since all of their products are made in China that it would be too costly to me to return it to them...?? They would not even give me a the address so I can go down to my local post office to price it out?
They did try to refund me $20 and I told him NO THANK YOU...that i would rather leave an honest review for others . So unless you're okay with your money being stolen from you please do not buy from this company.
