Item was sent to the wrong depot by Royal Mail.
Haven't received the parcel yet so unable to comment on quality.
They are quick to respond to customer queries.
Customer service is very good.
And I can now say that the quality is also very good.

Fabulous company. I bought two of their bandanas (handkerchiefs) and they look great around the neck. A creative suggestion: I later bought a bauhaus silk scarf but have given it to my daughter who loves it. For me it was perfect EXCEPT it just wasn't louche. Or rakish perhaps. It needed tassles. It would be far better with tassles (see the Aviator range which aren't me). Yes, I understand bauhaus but rules can be broken and for a bloke wanting to hang a scarf freely (without knots) tassles would have made the difference. Just suggestin'....

FABULOUS Finding SOHO SCARVES and yes they do have scarves MADE IN ENGLAND hard to find these days Love the SILK SCARVES its upped my style. They are reasonable prices for AMAZING QUALITY SILK I just love the SILK and stick to those. Great Selection of colours and styles. Really adds some JAZZ to a shirt. Have ordered several times HIGHLY RECOMMENED Just ordered the COLOURFUL BRIGHT LIME SILK SCARF cannot wait !

Needed a scarf for motorcycling so will get grubby and need washing. Soho Scarves website says how robust Polyester is and can be machine washed. When the Polyester scarf arrives it has Dry Clean only label on it. I returned and asked also for their postage to be refunded as if they had properly described the care instructions I would not have ordered so they should pay their postage. i wasn't asking for my return postage just their sending out postage. They would not refund.
I have used Soho Scarves before a couple of times but I won't do so again.
Very silly business model, bad website description annoys customer, refund the £1.95 postagae would placate customer BUT they chose to lose a customer for life for the sake of a couple of £.

Nice design and good quality.
Arrived fast - and reasonable prices.
Would definitely use again.

Very disappointed! Ordered the Bandana made mostly from Model with a small percentage of wool . Has no substance at all as it is so thin and doesn’t even fit comfortably around my neck as just not big enough! Not even good enough to be an oversized Handkerchief especially at a £30 price tag .

Thin, small, overpriced.
