They are really not even worth a 1…

They are really not even worth a 1 star. I ordered a bed at christmas through clearpay and paid the deposit. Chose 5th January as a delivery date. They didn't send an email of confirmation but i had one from clearpay. Date came and went for delivery so i kept trying to call them. Left lots of voice messages so emailed. These people have no standards, and clearly dont know how to run a business. Weeks later i emailed them to cancel the order so i could get my money back from clearpay. A few weeks later they text telling me they had my bed and woulf soon be at my house. I told them not to bother as it would be refused due to me cancelling it. They rang me begging to let them deliver. They emailed with confirmation of me cancelling it but the thiefs havent paid clearpay the money back.

I am absolutely disgusted with this…

I am absolutely disgusted with this company!
I purchased a bed & mattress which was delivered late & in awful condition.
The communication is shocking, full amount has been paid and I have been left with a damaged bed frame, awful mattress.
This has been going on since mid November & this poor show of a so called company just ignore all my emails, calls & messages.

I have been trying to get return a bed…

I have been trying to get return a bed that I purchased said they would get back in touch with me as it was busy over Xmas period .
Not answering emails about return and getting bed uplifted have emailed numerous times .
Do not deal with this company

Do not buy from this company they…

Do not buy from this company they deliver beds not fit for purpose then they ignore every email for you to get a refund and return the bed. Im now having to do a charge back with the bank. I feel well and truly ripped off and dissapointed.

Ordered a bed on the 29th december ws…

Ordered a bed on the 29th december ws told delivery will be 6th January bed still not here they are replying to my messages and juat keep fobbing me off I have requested a refund and also contacted my back to get the money returned from them AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted!
Ordered a bed 18th December 2025, with guaranteed Christmas delivery.
No details with exact date etc. i emailed numerous times and tried calling them numerous times too…. Received email inbetween Christmas and new year to say couriers were busy and that it would be the week of the 5th, they emailed on the 4th to say that they would sort a day out and still nothing!
Lucky enough I paid with Klarna over 3 months…. I’ve cancelled the rest of the payments, and requested a refund of the first payment…. Honestly avoid at all costs!!! I wish I had read the reviews first!!!

Appalling quality and communication with no solution obtained…

Delivered wrong mattress but i didn’t realise immediately
Have failed to arrange collection of the mattress and refund
I paid £60 to have the bed put together and they put it together wrong and is not safe
The bed is poorly manufactured and some adornments have come off already
I explained i am disabled and paid for an orthopaedic mattress which was not what they left me with
I am in pain and cannot sleep on the mattress and its caused pain and suffering
I have now had to purchase a new mattress elsewhere and still have this mattress covered and stored in my bedroom where i do not really have the space
I have called and spoken to them (i was told they would contact me to sort this out 26 days ago) i have emailed and called and left voicemails
Appalling!

AVOID at all costs worst place ever!!!

AVOID at all costs worst place ever!!!! If you order a bed from here you will not get it - nobody will ever respond to your emails or answer the phone. Shouldn’t even be able to operate as a business I can’t explain how terrible it is

Poor quality bed and ignored by customer service

I ordered a bed from Soho beds 22/11 and spoke with customer service prior to ordering. I wanted to check first when it would be delivered as I had guests staying 6th December. I was told it would take 1-2 days to manufacture and then 5-7 days delivery which lined up perfectly for my guests. The first problem encountered was I was told delivery would be 6th (which was fine, I would just build the bed when it arrived for guests that night) but then on the Friday I received a phonecall to say the courier was too busy and it would need to be Sunday. I explained my situation and they offered £50 off. I accepted and guests slept on an air bed. Sunday came round, the bed was delivered by two polite enough gentlemen. I didn’t want to pay £75 for the build service as I’d only ordered the basic bed I could build easily myself. When I went to put this up on Monday afternoon, I have discovered multiple problems. The slat fittings have all been fixed at different heights, meaning the slat fittings at the side or the bed and the support fitting for the middle beam are at different heights. I have tried the sides both way round and neither way resolves this. It also means the footboard is completely lifted off the floor when fitted. The other issue is that you could see on some parts of the bed where the brackets had been fitted and moved down (to the wrong place?!) I contacted soho beds about the issues and the advice given was to move the brackets myself and that should solve the problems. I said this wasn’t really a suitable solution for me as I didn’t want to start removing brackets and drilling back into the bed frame. I was advised it would be passed to the manager for a call on Tuesday 9th December. That never came. I messaged again that afternoon and was ignored and only received a response when I threatened a poor trust pilot review this morning (10th December.) I requested a call back before 12 (this was 08:17am this morning) and im still waiting. I’ve seen another review from 5 days ago of someone with a similar experience. Because I paid in cash, there’s no protection so I would recommend staying away from this company.
