I love Soil Ninja, who I discovered via Leaf Envy (another great co.) for their knowledge and the care they put into their products and customer service.

My plants, a variety who use different soils, have benefited from their new "ground". Whilst I have learned more about my houseplants and indoor gardening practise that I'll take well into the future.

When I had an issue with something that arrived broken it was sorted right away. They even refunded me the delivery cost on my next order that the replacement came with.

Thanks to the team who run this excellent small business.

Terrible soil for house plants. Ive ordered several times as looked really promising online. I thought maybe i had a bad batch but each time it has been the same issue. Ive also ordered different types as have different plants but all the same issue. There is soooooo much sand in the mix that its too free draining and very heavy. Plants are not thriving and need watering very frequently. Ill have to look for an alternative. I had faith in it because thought the price reflected quality but i feel im basically paying for over priced sand.

I always had a really good experience with soil.ninja! They are so good on what they do - the soil quality, price for it, as well delivery, packaging and ect…. The products are great, but the shipping costs and time to deliver are absurd.
I last ordered a big number of products. I was surprised how good they are. But it took more than a week to be delivered (most of it waiting to be sent). My partner ordered a top up of moss a week ago, paid 15 euros as delivery fee and it hasnt even been dispatched.

I've bought a range of blends from Soil Ninja and I'm really pleased with them. It's easy to find what to get if you're not sure about what the plant needs. So much easier, and I think cheaper, to buy the blends than mess about buying all the components, but it looks like they sell them too. I was also delighted that they didn't charge me extra postage to my remote address (Scottish islands).

Totally peat free! Eco conscious and superior for indoor growing from the smallest terrarium to the biggest, room filling Monstera.

Semi hydro is absolutely mind blowing, far easier to work with than Pon, and gives you unbeatable results with Anthurium.

Best customer service this side of the Atlantic, no one compares even remotely.

A member of the team is always on hand to reach out and help out with any questions you may have, spending a lot of time and research in providing the best substrates you can utilise for your house plants and beyond.

I honestly cannot recommend Soil Ninja enough. Not only are their products are the absolute best on the market but also affordable and their team go above and beyond for every customer. I have used their products for years (especially the semi hydro blend) and wouldn't use anything else. Every single one of my houseplants, nearly 250 of them are in Soil Ninja blends! I also run a small business and they have done nothing but support me, from sharing my art on their thank you cards to running giveaways to help boost my customer base. You couldn't wish for a more supportive, helpful and lovely company.

I don't understand the hype around these soils. Bought a bag from a reseller. Seen them online before. Thought it would be good. Turns out it's a low cost soil

I am very new to this company a family member told me about them. And I’m so happy they did . The soil is packed picked to the right mixture and plant you need it for . I loved it so much made another order a week later. Was asked to leave a review on my thoughts on google but I found my way here . Super fast delivery kept upto date on my delivery . Packed very well love how you can seal the bags. Absolutely top quality soil worth the money you spend to care for your loving plants . Love how there is a lot of info on their page very helpful. The way they blend their soils suited to each plant’s needs, the ingredients and even how the soils look is an absolute dream for any plant lover!

I made a mistake on the order, and asked to switch things, one of the CEO’s of the company personally called me themselves to apologise that the order had already been sent out before they saw the message and offered a discount code on my next purchase, which showed they really care about supplying their customers with what they want, given that I was the one who made the mistake!

They are always happy to give me detailed information on any queries I have, and never hesitate to help.
