Same as other reviews. Still waiting for my parcel 4 weeks after purchase. The company ignore emails. I wouldn't waste your money.

Don't bother!!
Placed a order for next day delivery allowed a few days grace for processing the order. Paid for next day delivery but received it 4 weeks later conveniently after raising the charge with the bank. Such a shame because your fragrances are nice but your customer service is awful as well as delivery execution 🤦 never again!

WOW I wish I did my research first. Same as below I decided to purchase after modeststreet promoted this company. It has been since 18th of August and I still haven’t received my parcel, after numerous emails and messages NO RESPONSE AT ALL, only received a message saying order confirmed, no update, no tracking nothing. Ended up contacting modest street who was in there favour but she did reach out to them yet nothing.. I am so so disappointed, I wish I never wasted my money on them and ordered from somewhere else! Even Temu / china deliveries are quicker than this! Absolute disgrace. So not even bother ordering.

Fake website it’s a scam
Fake website it’s a scam. I placed an order on 7th Feb it’s been waiting to be sent since then showing as ready to ship. I’ve email this company about 10 times and have had zero response. To top it all off 2 days after using this website my card was hacked and someone used my card to do online shopping!!’ I’m absolutely fuming. My bank are looking into this matter as fraud. Stay clear from this website.

RIP OFFS! they sent out a fake perfume. complete different from what they showcased on their box and brand. 1 out of the 4 was fake. when I reached out to them multiple times they did not respond to me. it has been a few weeks. They were being promoted by modest street. when they did a collab with modest Street I used the link advertised by them on her platform. please note this was their joint ad. I'm really disappointed. they ate my £29.99.
