Never received product, either.

I never receive my order! I sent them a lot of email and yet I never receive a reply. I just wasted my money to them!
Don't ever buy to this site!!!

OMG This company is such a SCAM and Instagram should really take this account down. I have no idea where they are based out of, but they have the worst customer service and will charge you, and you will NOT receive your order!! I made the mistake of ordering with them and not researching the company first.

I ordered, I was charged that same day.
I received an email that my order was received and that I would get a second email once my order had been shipped out.
I am now going on 3 weeks and have not received that email. I have written numerous emails to this company to find out why my order has still not shipped out and they say oh you will receive an email today and still nothing this has been going on for days!!! Do yourself a favor and tick to the brow pencils at Sephora.

The item has taken over 30 days for delivery. I purchased the Tattoobrow Ink Pen in the color black. Upon opening the product to use the makeup pen, the color came out a brilliant red color (not even remotely close to the color black or dark brown). Do not use this company, there are SOO many other similar products like this that are cheaper, have faster shipping, and include colors actually found on the human body.

They have charged me but I haven't received the product I ordered. I can't get any type of response from the company. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable!

This company is confirm a scam, do not buy anything from them. They sent me a Tracking Number and the trial leads to a delivered but I did not receive anything at all. I just wrote an email to them about it and every time they reply nameless.

I tried to attach the Tracking Document to show proof on my complain but I am not able to do so here. I had already written a BAD review on Sokovica website and behold, they wrote there that their Admin Team will check the review before posting. So obviously, they are all out to deceive and scam online Shoppers.

Didn’t send the product for a month, not until I issued a complain with PayPal, then the product was shipped. Their website is down. It’s not worth the price, at all. Scam.

Took 3 weeks to get the eyebrow pencil and it has an orange tinge to it. Super ugly! Don’t buy

My experience with these company is horrible. Is more than 2 months that I ordered the serum for the eyebrow and I haven't receive nothing. the tracking number is incorrect I contact support they respond once saying that my order was missing and they resend the order after a long waiting I contact them again and my order ends in correos Spain. they apologize. I told them that I wanted my money back and they say that they already resend my order for 3 time that was may, 6 2019. i been checking the tracking number and the page stills the same. i try to contact them via email and messenger and they didn't respond anymore.
