Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

The item I received looked nothing like the product advertised online completely different in quality, fit, and overall appearance. For the price, this was really unacceptable.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the company immediately using their listed contact details and received no response. After waiting over two weeks and sending multiple follow-up emails with no reply, I returned the item via tracked Australia Post and requested a refund.

Tracking confirms the item was delivered back to them, yet I have still received absolutely no communication. I’ve emailed multiple times and even reached out via social media, still no response.

This level of service is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.

I bought the Mira Footbed sandal and it looks great but the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The leather used is way too hard for the style of shoe.

Worst customer service. . They don’t respond to you, shoes are not even great quality terribly uncomfortable. Ridiculous prices! Shop elsewhere!

Sandals were not standard sizing and were faulty in soles. I got charged for delivery and return $25.42....and no product. Avoid this online company. If you can't try on ... you will pay anyway. I am taking this to Fair Trading

Fantastic customer service when I asked about a particular bag which was in a photo but not showing on their website. They found it for me and posted it. It is absolutely stunning and I love it. Thank you.

Awful customer experience. Delivered me pair of shoes that were two different sizes.
They said they would deliver a new pair same day and have taken to different house. Now will not respond to my requests to rectify the situation. I am out of pocket with no shoes and they will not respond to me. They have sent me defected faulty products and now insist they have delivered new pair. Liars! Never shop here.

I bought two pairs of sandals however they are so small they are not true to size, the quality on them is definitely not worth the amount this store charges. Don’t make the same mistake!!

Boots were poorly designed and were very tight around the ankles despite ordering the correct size. I had to return them. Shipping left out of pocket $44!!! I cost me
$10 to have these shipped to me then $20 to ship them back to Sol Sana. $14 for shipping on a new purchase as I couldn’t obtain a refund on the boots. Never again. Not worth it. Be careful.

Hello , I have bought 2 pairs of sandals online and both are not true to their sizing.
I would need at least 1 size up and the foot shape is very narrow
As an older person I was not familiar on how to return $199x2 so a waste of money and disappointment for me

I just bought the sol sana slides. They arrived extremely quickly and the quality is very good.
Definitely will buy from here again.

Save your money this company is a joke. I honestly think I would have got better quality from wish. The quality should not even be legal to sell. Wish I could share pictures. Funny how you can't see google or fb reviews for this company because they don't allow it. I highly doubt what I received was genuine leather. The shoes smelled of strong glue. The sole of the shoe was made from thong like material. On top of all this your got to pay for the return postage even tho they should be held accountable for the poor quality products they send to people.

Ordered a pair of boots to come to NZ. One boot had a tough knot of stitching inside which hurt my foot. I wasn’t happy as paid $239AU for them so returned them. They don’t have a easy return system so had to pay $48 to track & courier them back. But thought at least they would refund me & apologise for the boot hurting my foot. But NO! They had an appalling attitude - don’t believe their customers - their response was “We have investigated the shoes and found out there is nothing wrong with the shoes to classify as a defective item”. Seems they didn’t want to be obliged to pay for the return postage … alto I didn’t expect it - they didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry for the inconvenience. While they refunded my money, I certainly will never order another pair of Sol Sana shoes again & wouldn’t recommend anyone else doing so unless you can try them on in store.
