Neverending timelines for reparation or reaction
Order bought and paid 26AUG2022 and items not received until the first week of October, when the website mentions maximum three weeks. When received, one item required reparation. Customer service asked me to repair it because it was easy.
After two weeks I could get the service to give it back for reparation. On the 20OCT2022 the item was picked up. Today 03NOV2023 still waiting to know what the status of this reparation is. Outrageous.
In addition one of the magnetic strips was defective. This was notified to the company on the 04OCT2022 and the answer was that within the 10 working days a new one would be sent to my address. Today on the 03NOV2022 still waiting to get the replacement.
Summing up, if you have any issue with regards to your purchase, good luck.
