Great service from GHD Solar (the local OVO franchise). Fantastic knowledge: they were able to help me understand, adapt and quote the optimum system for my needs and had a competitive price. Also timely communication and very efficient installation. Highly recommended.

I chose OVO Solar & Heating South Coast as they are affiliated with our electricity supplier OVO. Knowing nothing about solar the most important thing to me was dealing with company had the backing of our electricity provider and had good ratings from other customers. Communication has been good throughout the process, the guys that came to site (from scaffolders, electrician and roofers) were all friendly and knowledgeable and happy to discuss plans before proceeding with their work. Always easy to speak to the office and follow up was excellent too. So we have a working solar+battery+eps installation, I can see it all on an easy to use app all done on time and to budget. You can't really ask more than that!

Great installation by the company it was a well organised process. The scaffolding guys done a great job despite the challenging set up. The same goes for the roofers. Dallas the electrician was great as well over the 2 days he was very professional and explained everything clearly.

Helpful throughout the process, every step and detail was explained in layman terms. Efficient from start to finish.

From start to finish everything went to plan. The planning around our complicated roof shape took some thought with the help of Sam. Payment system was easy. Scaffolders did a marvellous job in searing heat, thank you.
Sam and his installation team turned up nice and early and again worked in impossibly high temperatures. Nevertheless the whole installation was carried out efficiently and everything about the system was carefully explained to us. Your fabulous friendly teams all worked in harmony.

Fantastic service from OVO, the installers were very professional and were more than happy to answer all our questions. The install was completed in two days with the minimum of disruption, then the scaffolding was taken down the next day. Would highly recommend OVO

From start to finish OVO provided a brilliant service. Adam and his installation team were most helpful and asked all the way through the installation were we happy with what they were doing did we want anything changed where they were putting it. Adam explained how to use the system really well. They were at our home for two days and at the end of each day they left things so tidy and you would never know we were having work done. Adam and his team are a credit to the company.

Our solar installation has just been completed, and I want to express how genuinely impressed we are with every part of the process. From the very first conversation with Sales through to project management and the final handover, OVO have been consistently professional, organised, and helpful.

The on‑site teams were outstanding.
The scaffolding company arrived exactly when promised and set everything up safely and efficiently - it was really quite a masterpiece of engineering!
The roofing team were exceptional - skilled, careful, and clearly proud of their work. And a special mention must go to Pete Roberts, the electrician, whose attention to detail and calm professionalism were second to none. All of them worked through extremely challenging conditions, with temperatures reaching 36°C, yet maintained a level of workmanship and attitude that was genuinely remarkable.

The end result is fantastic. The system looks superb, performs beautifully, and the whole installation has been completed to a very high standard. It’s rare these days to find a company where every part of the process feels this well‑coordinated and this customer‑focused.

We’re delighted with the outcome and now look forward to our upcoming OVO air‑conditioning installation with complete confidence.

From survey to installation the service offered has been exceptional. The pride in their work was obvious throughout the process. Understanding my options dealing with Keiron was very helpful, Martin coming to do the survey was very positive and the onsite installation with electrician Dallas and Lewis and Scott the roofers was excellent. Friendly staff and good customer service

We had an Air Source Heat Pump, HW Cylinder and 7 radiators fitted all with new controls and weather compensation.

Jonathan and his team were outstanding from start to finish. From the initial quote and heat loss survey through to installation, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail. Jonathan gave us complete confidence right from the beginning and had clear answers to every question, no matter how specific.

The team arrived on time, carried out exactly what they said they would, and left everything exceptionally tidy. The installation was far less disruptive than I had expected, which made the whole experience even better.

I couldn’t be happier with the result and have already recommended Jonathan to neighbours and friends.

The whole project went through without any trouble with the contractors all very efficient and friendly with the only comment would be a little more care in cleaning up with the panel fitters on the roof leaving bits of plastic laying around but it was pouring with rain and the electrician the dust from drilling holes but i would highly recommend them all.

Install was fantastic from start to finish. Communication top notch and the staff were all very experienced and professional.
Job was done extremely neatly with all rubbish and excess removed
